If you have order for pick up - make sure you check it before you leave - they don’t care about any requests ( sauce on the side ) and if you order some add- on ( avocado ) they always forget to put it in your bowl . Very good food - very poor service
The Tuna is weighed like they do at all of the Koibito Poke’s, however when I was there this location had water sitting in their “clean stacked bowls”, plus there is water sitting on the scale means equal less tuna on my bowl, pretty clever I would say! This is the second time I’ve been to this location. Tuna looks and tastes fresh though so that’s a plus!

OMG pls pls fix your online system!It was designed by people that do not know UX and I tried three different CCs without proper feedback on why they didn't work. This site is just horrible. I initially invested a total of $500 over a period of 5 weeks. I usually get two proteins in my bowl, shrimp and salmon. I love the Asian chicken but it has too many scallions for me. The service is quite good and I like the rewards app.
We recently visited Scottsdale and just had to try this place.We absolutely loved it!! Customer service was outstanding, the food is delicious and fresh, and the restaurant is clean, refreshing and overall an amazing place.I would definitely recommend for a quick dinner or lunch or on a lazy day for takeout. It's for sure our NEW go-to place when were in Scottsdale.
Really great atmosphere and the servers were friendly and on point. Food was excellent, so fresh. I could literally eat here every day. Now they have so many choices for protein with Chicken and Tofu. So I can switch it up. So worth the trip.

Terrible service, worst rice ever. The rice felt like oatmeal. We told the waitress and she was rude. She told me that It wasn’t her problem and that the only thing she could do was to give us brown rice. Worst experience. We used to be frequent customers last year. We are not coming back.
