Got there when they opened !!! Chicken already over cooked an dryed out !!! Will never eat there again !!! FRYS chicken much better!!!!!! 6 Dollars for 8 pieces instead of $20 for 8 pieces
You should educate your workers on how to add on food. If I want to add tenders besides 3 or 8 I should be able to. If I only want 2 extra I should be able to. Every other KFC in the world can but this one.
Save your money.I saw all the commercials for the chicken sandwich and hot crispy fries and the experience wasn't close. Fries were not crispy but smashed into the container and soggy like they had been in water all day. The sandwich was soggy and not crispy at all and I live only half a mile from the place. Very disappointed for the price.
Sorry kfc, I have been going here since a child but you have gotten so over priced versus your competitors. It doesn't make sense anymore to waste money on a company who lost there way. Your commercials have gotten worse over the year, and your competitors haven't even had any and they still have better reviews. Check any local place. Let that sink in. And maybe take a step back and think what the company should do.
Came when it was supposed to be open. I pulled up to the drive through window and the lady was standing there saying they’ll open in 10 minutes. I told her it’s fine since she said the system was updating (which should be done before they open, right?), and she told me to just drive around until they’re ready. Really? Maybe it was a sign to not eat the fries today.
This was so much better than the KFC I used to go to. Everything was ready when I got there. I wasn't told I would have to wait or that they were out of anything. I even ordered more when I got to the window and it was instantly delivered.

The entire store was dirty except one table our fries were dry and the chicken had been in the warming tray for at least a couple hours. I had to go back up for condiments and they had me wait over 12 minutes before acknowledging my existence
Couldnt get a simple alteration right. Didnt give me the total till i got to the dang window and the soda tastes like swill. Customer service was garbage too.
