We waited in line, once we got up there the person was too busy on their phone to acknowledge us. We tried to get his attention and he ignored us again. I’m very disappointed, I was looking forward to trying this place.
I've left a couple of reviews in the past for this establishment, but it's been a few years and they've survived the pandemic in really good shape. Overall excellent experience on two consecutive evenings, served by Grayson and Dilyn. What stood out was great service (friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and profressional). The food was also top notch, particularly for having so many plant-based options - the Cobb Salad, Vegan Double Burger and Spinach & Mushroom Pizza were particularly noteworthy. The noise level can be a bit elevated, so diners may want to request a quiet location.
Hit the spot, shrimp tacos were very good. Cute and quaint restaurant. Perfect for a sit-down dinner! Roasted Cauliflower was a delicious appetizer, cocktails were yummy and service was quick.
Wonderful delicious savory food!! Wish we had one in St. Louis, MO !! We need one !! The drinks were delicious and the food was high-quality everyone loved their food!
We are not into the vegan, vegetarian, or organic food silos but we do appreciate good, well prepared meals. We had a very nice lunch with great service. Nice restaurant design and ambience. Good location with a free parking garage about a block away.
While on vacation, we ate at the True Food Kitchen twice and had constantly excellent meals. The food is branded as “health-conscious” and has hit the mark. The vegan cheeseburger is not a commercial non-meat protein but some wonderful proprietary mushroom product that is truly delicious. The arugula salad, Ancient Grains Bowl, Brussels Sprouts were also great. I enjoyed the salmon as well. 8 diners x 2 dinners = 16 happy experiences. The service was excellent and the wine list was reasonably priced.

Our first time here, we took a table other than what the server wanted, when we asked to have the table cleaned he said didn’t they seat you over there Didn’t want that out door seating near the roof edge and it was about to rain. So the male server copped an attitude and ashes another server To serve us! First time here and the last?
Yes, it might be a little on the speedy side and the portions of some items might leave you feeling hungry after your meal, but overall this is a great place to eat if you are looking for something a little healthier. There is a good combination of greens and meat dishes. If you are super hungry I would select carefully. I tend to go with the pizza in that case. Today I had the grass fed steak tacos and the flavor was amazing and it came with cauliflower rice and some corn.
Excellent food and service. We had our two young grandchildren ages four and six and they were treated with such respect and helpfulness. My wife and I both had the Teriyak ibowls which were fantastic Our grandchildren had a cheese pizza each. The bottom of one was overcooked but didn’t present a problem. Waitress good everyone at the front desk really good. A little pricey but I don’t mind that was such quality food and service
