If I could give 10 stars I would. Customer service was top notch. Burger was fresh. Fries were delicious. I was having a bad day so I came and sat down didn’t regret it they made my day better. Thank you so much Leslie :)
The food was pretty good, service was slow, but what stood out was we saw an employee's personal phone sitting on the counter where food is prepared. ? what's worse is that we saw them using it with their dirty gloves and continue to prepare food without exchanging gloves.
Absolutely the worst service ever. I am literally in line right now at the register in Scottsdales Fashion Square Mall location and there is a heavy set woman yelling to the back and arguing with the lady behind the door about who is gonna take my order. There are now 6 people behind me and we are all waiting. The heavy set employees keeps going over to a customer sitting at the counter to talk to him and leaving all of us in line. Now the gal behind the swinging door came out to wah her hands and walked back behind the door. After waiting for over 6 to 7 mins of being ignored I finally placed my order and sat down only to find out they were out of Pepsi.The absolute worst service ever.I will NEVER come back, there are far too many other options to chose from on my lunch break here.
service wasn't at its best, just two working. grill person seemed to want yo be home rather than a than working. could see it her demeanor and how she was setting up the orders. error server, whom was doing the walk up orders and the counter people, was slow. I got there after the lunch rush, but it took a bit of time to get an order to her. really should have a front counter person, a counter server, and your cook of course. would have been a better way to do things. even in this covid stuff we're in. plus they changed soda company's by the looks of things..they've drop all coje products, servicing Pepis stuff only. maybe it wasn't a good day for the staff, maybe someone didn't make it in for a shift today, but man make an effort..this was at the scottsdale fashion mall. music was low, no real mix of good old 50-60's music, in among the stuff they we're playing. in the end buyer was good, fries well rather had 5 guys fries, and onion rings are close to if not the low end of frozen onion ring they get. to over cooked, a very brown coloring...service bad, no coke pop or products, slow on clean up, and wiping the sit down counter space. never wiped my area off where I was sitting but they did do done other parts of the counter area...so on a scale of 1-10 they get a "5".
Got the grilled cheese with cheddar and chili cheese fries. Service was ok and food was edible. Good for a quick bite, nutting fantastic.
2 girls working in the middle of dinner rush, manager should do a better job staffing the place. Girls were trying their best to keep up, you could see Their frustration on their face, They just couldn’t handle it, no body would, it’s not their fault, it took about 1 hour to get our food.Manager, you need to step up….
Not worth the money unfortunately. Super bummed that I ordered a shake, was told they were out of ice cream, and then while I sat at the dirty counter I watched them make shake after shake for customers that ordered after me. Like what??

Love their burgers and shakes. Like everywhere, they are short-staffed but doing the best they can.
Great food, service, and quality for a food court joint! The staff was polite and served our food as we ordered it! It was prepared in a timely manner and the food was hot and fresh! Definitely recommend for any finger food, burger, snacks type of craving! Kitchen was clean as well so it makes it better to know the food was cooked and prepared in a clean place!
