Didn't have a workable area to clean up before eating.All restrooms on the premises were either out of order or they were locked.
Martin is INCREDIBLY RUDE. I didn’t do a thing to him and he was basically yelling at me for no reason and pushing me out by asking ANYTHING ELSE? rudely a million times. Very snappy. Like wow someone hates his job. Don’t go to this jimmy johns. Drive another 10 miles if you have to.
The restroom is always broken both men and women’s only available for employees what kind of restaurant does not provide a Restroomyou sent me a reply I filled everything out and your website is not working correctly it would not allow me to submit my information and when gives you the city and state it does not allow you to choose anything and you can’t enter it yourself so your website doesn’t even work correctly
I ordered two Pepe’s and one Little John sandwiches I was super happy today because I had a reward from using the Jimmy Johns app when I make my purchases. They keep track of your points. So I was gifted a free Little John sandwich. Which was awesome. This location is great. Super fast and always very polite when I pick it up, and need extra vinegar and oregano. Which I highly recommend. I order and eat from here often and it has always been A+. I will definitely be back again soon. Thanks Jimmy Johns in Old Town!
The sandwich was really good, the bread to filling ratio is kinda off but still overall good. Y'all really pushed for the tip, asking me twice on the website and giving me the paper in person. I normally don't mind tipping but it was a 5 minute walk delivery so not sure why it's pushed so hard on this one for a $20 sandwich in the first place.
Super rude employees. Snappy. Overall very bad vibes!!! Maybe pay them more and they’ll be happier - disappointed mood ruined.

Rude on the phone.. won't deliver a few feet out of their area even though they're the only store open.. honestly this is BAD BUSINESS and they will never get an order from me every again.
I didn't realize that all of their sandwiches came with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Totally my fault but I went up to the guy and told him that and he was so nice and told me that they all came like that but that he'd remake it for me with just cheese and meat. I was so grateful honestly.
