Came to this location and they had all ingredients for the smoothie I get. Most importantly they had the waffles. The employee that helped me was autumn… very professional. When I explained my situation from the other location it seemed like she truly cared. That’s someone that cares about the business. This is a good location to visit very professional very clean very nice employees
Incorrect hours posted online versus the store hours posted on the door, disappointing when you drive out of your way to go somewhere that’s not even open. Do better.

An employee verbally assaulted my 13 year old daughter for not wearing a mask when she entered the store to pick up our order. He questioned her reason for not wearing one. He rolled his eyes and slammed his fist on the counter multiple times while speaking to her. He was even more disrespectful and moaned when she pulled out her coupon card.He could have asked her to wait outside and she would have done so. There was no need for all of the badgering. It was completely unacceptable especially to a minor.
For some reason, this location constantly is running out of product. Within last month, I can tell you I’ve gone multiple times and at least 5x, they’ve had no bananas and un-ripe bananas for their bowls. They have also taken mobile orders/online orders and not told the customer they are out of fresh product until they get to the location to pick up. Disappointing bc it is so good, but the service and communication is poor.

Not too friendly ?
We waited 9minutes to order with no line. All 3 drinks were filled with a 1-in gap to the lid. Disappointed that the service and quality of this location has gone downhill.
Service was fine. But employees not wearing gloves or masks at this time.
First and last time ever to buy at a Jamba Juice.
