Food was good but they need to bring back the lunch menu with better prices. Prices are to expensive for lunch.

We used to go to the Jade Palace on Shea Boulevard and that one is now closed for remodeling, so we tried this one on Pinnacle Peak. Four of us had an early dinner to celebrate our grandaughter's birthday. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. Covid closed this restaurant for indoor dining until recently and we were looking forward to eating inside. Our meals averaged about forty bucks each with appetizer and one cocktail. All the items were more expensive than they showed on their website. Once you are seated and get the menu you are stuck. We won't go back as there are several good Asian restaurants in the area.

Avoid! This restaurant has really gone downhill. Jade Palace was always crazy expensive for Chinese food but it felt like they used high quality ingredients and their food had excellent flavor. Now its just crazy expensive. $68 for one entree (orange chicken), a side of pork fried rice, two won ton soups, and two egg rolls. The soup was incredibly bland and tasted like hot water with cabbage and mushrooms floating in it. The wontons were the worst I have ever had. Nothing but huge noodles with a tiny piece of meat a bit smaller than the size of a dime for the "stuffing", if you could call it that. We were paraphrasing the old Wendy's commercial: Where's the meat? The orange chicken was sticky from over-reduced sauce and didn't taste orange at all. Gone were the orange peels that used to be in this dish. The pork fried rice was the star of the meal, but only because everything else we ate was so bad that it shined in comparison. I haven't had a meal this overpriced or awful in years. I won't be going back and suggest that you avoid this restaurant as well.

One of the tastiest Chinese food restaurants in the state. Always a good experience when I dine there.

Complete and utter disgrace to food. Using fake sugar (sweeteners), massive amount of chicken broth in the rice (tastes like chicken noodle soup) l, no cream cheese, and no real crab, in the Crab Puffs. $54 later, I will never come back after being a customer for 20 years. 0/5 Do NOT spend your money here, just go to 'Panda Express' and get the same food for 1/3 the price. I am extremely angry you messed with my favorite meal in the word. After losing [Pink Lotus] and now "Fake Jade Palace", I am done with ordering any 'Chinese Food', I'll just make it better than you.

Friend suggested it and it was everything I’d hope for. Portions were reasonable and it tastes super good. Will definitely go back!

I called Jade palace on Shea yesterday and asked if they would be open on Christmas Day and Iowa’s told they would be open until 8:30 pm. We tried calling several time while in transit and no one answered the phone. When we arrived we were told they were not taking anymore orders. They should have answered the phone and told people that so people like us would not have driven that far. That is horrible business and I guess they just don’t care as long as they’re making money. It’s certainly not good customer service. Next time answer the phone!!!

Attempted to get food here and was turned away cause of reasons I prefer not to discuss. Good luck JADE P!VINCENT! OH

I would give 10 Stars ⭐️ if possible. The food is amazing. Service is great. And the impossible happened when both of my granddaughters, age five and seven Loved their dinner. ??

16.29 for this. Really? Thin layer of chicken. Why does my egg drop soup look like this?
