Exceptionally discourteous staff and service on Multiple occasions. Second star is only because food is usually correct and well made. I'll drive the extra few minutes to the store on Scottsdale instead moving forward

Ordered the spicy nacho munchie meal, this is what I got. Clearly not the nacho cheese advertised, and I was never informed of a substitute or replacement.

Food was hot and well prepared! Good service and restaurant was very clean. The outdoor patio was so nice and relaxing. Really different from any other I've been to. They didn't have the Pineapple Express Shake though. :(
this particular Jack in the box you don't know if the dining room is open or closed the phone is out of service so you can't call first and then you're not allowed to walk through the drive-thru so if you don't have a car this place discriminates against you because they will not serve you food if you do not have a car
Be wary of cash transactions: I was short-changed at this location so check your receipt before you leave. I would give this place the benefit of a doubt though: I was given the correct change after pointing out the mistake.Other than that, the service and quality of food is consistent with any other fast food restaurant.
This place has been a dump for years. They close early but leave all the lights on…they only take mobile orders (baca use they can’t take an order at the window???) always out of things like napkins, utensils and sauce. No soda, no ice cream, no burgers…. It’s always something!!
Myself and my boyfriend came up to the drive thru 11:48pm and when we said hello, employee (female) said HI. My boyfriend said "Whenever you are ready we are ready" She said "Huh" so he politely repeated the statement. She said in a sarcastic tone "When I am ready.." Her attitude was not professional and rude. So I said let's just go. Then her reply "Yeah go and kick rocks. " she even made a engine sound out of annoyance. She kept stating go bye kick rocks.I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS EXPERIENCE WITH ANY JACK IN THE BOX. WE WILL BE CALLING THE STORE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. To those who love near this jack in the box don't bother when this employee is working there. Updated information. 4/15/2022 We came to find out that the lady at the drive thru was the assistant manager. This is ridiculous that an employee who is an ASSISTANT MANAGER has an attitude that is repulsive and unprofessional.
They are stingy with the ketchup, they burn the fries, there milkshakes are outrageously priced like $3.95 for a small and there burgers are disgusting if you reheat them!!!!!! I got the number 1 and it was super good because of the sauce thats why im giving them 4 stars
