Can't get orders right. 3 times in a row of going there they have screwed my order up. How hard is a plain cheeseburger?
This does not reflect the customer service. I drove through last night and picked up $20 worth of food. My burger has a 12 inch hair inside the wrapper of the burger. Very gross.
Went Dec. 20th 2021 at 6:30pm to pick up tacos, got home and the bag leaked grease onto the passenger seat of my car and half the tacos had to be thrown away, as they were completely saturated with grease! See the pic.
made a big order of tacos all them were burnt black and some had no cheese looks like they were cooked in burnt oil had to toss them away waste of time !
I have gone through the drive through only 3 times and each time I’ve been given the wrong order or half my order and a different sandwich.
Picked up Jack in the Box tacos for the Thanksgiving eve dinner. Took them home, everyone loved them!
Even in November 2021 the drive thru is open 24 hrs
I ordered a "Stacked Grilled Cheese Burger Munchie Meal." Simple, right? Apparently not for this crew. After I got home I found what was probably a Sriracha Curly Fry Burger in the Munchie Meal I got. I'm assuming that is what I got. I've never ordered one. It was a terrible burger with about 4 curly fries on top, and clearly NOT what I ordered.
didn’t respond at drive thru wednesday october 27 2021 at 12 am worker was on headset (hispanic man with facial scarring from acne and an accent) didn’t answer on speaker then we pulled up and he rolled the windows down and said he wouldn’t take our order bc we were too loud on the speaker asking for him to take our order. i have filed a complaint with corporate; as someone who has worked in the food industry this is unacceptable & needs to be taken seriously
Best Jack in the Box taco's ever, delicious ??!! But no more popcorn chicken, so 3 stars ☹️.
