Went through drive-through one car ahead of me by the time I got to the window part of my order was in a pile laying on the table beside the window. The order taker seemed to be frustrated after he gave me my order and said thats all of it I told him my I need my frys as I saw them still sitting there. The 4 tacos had no cheese on them and the river of cooking oil that was in all 4 taco bags the 6 egg rolls where over cooked and had a bad taste like old cooking was use to cook them. I understand that being short handed but take an extra minute to make sure the food is good by now everyone knows thing will take longer but it still should have the same quality
The state of this place has slowly declined over the years to the point I can no longer give it the benefit of the doubt for simply being a fast food joint. The last time I went no one answered me at the drive thru, I had to yell in order for someone to reply to me. The guy taking my order told me how much I owed, but then as he was taking my card he told me a higher amount. By the time I got his attention to correct him he'd already rung up my card, and everything devolved from there. It turned into a game of "how many Jack in the Box employees does it take to fix a payment issue". I was told they can't refund the money, then they asked if I was using a prepaid card when it clearly looked like a debit card. Finally one of the employees gave me cash in return (important to note it was less than what they initially charged me for). They gave me my food, but not my card back, so I had to remind them of that. Then randomly he says they had to ring my order up again for the correct price. I tried to explain he didn't even give me the full amount in cash he initially charged me, so I'd be paying more than what I should for my food. What I said clearly wasn't registering with him. Finally, who I can only guess was the manager, stepped in to say I wouldn't be charged again and let me leave. All the while the line behind me was backed up by at least four cars, and people were yelling in frustration. I don't usually get frustrated with service at fast food places. But that was just a silly level of incompetence.
I usually never write reviews because things are usually acceptable. And FYI I love Jack in the Box! But I was up in a very wealthy side of town on Thompson Peak Parkway, so I assumed that I would walk into a pristine Jack in the Box location but I was shocked and disgusted how dirty this place was! I needed to use the restroom so I assume that this place would be very clean because of its location. I walked into the restroom and look in both stalls and both of the toilets were disgusting! Needless to say I did not use the restroom there and I just ordered my food to go. They gave me my cup for my soft drink and I could not believe how filthy the floors were, how filthy the mat was in front of the fountain drinks, how filthy the actual cup holder and backsplash was of the fountain drink machine as if it had been wiped down in a very long time! And how filthy all the countertops were on each side of the fountain drink machine. The food was good. But I was in shock how unsanitary the bathrooms and everything else was in the place. I've worked in the food industry. Sorry not sorry because Jack in the Box is usually one of my favorite places! 1 star ? for Sanitation for THIS location!
lobby closed at 1pm (lunch time) only option was drive thru which was NOT moving, cars bailing out of line, waited 10 mins, line only moved because people were leaving, I also left- no one ever 'drove out' of the exit for the drive thru- how on earth can the lobby be closed, the drive thru not be filling orders and its LUNCH HOUR?? No sign on the door to say 'lobby closed' just a locked door. You know what- Frys is in the same shopping center- i was in and out of there in 5 mins with a healthy lunch. you are some type of 'jack' that is for sure.
I am it a point t to get food when I'm in town. Love this place.
Ordered milkshake waited 25 min in drive thru, just to get to the window and the guy say. I don't have milkshakes!!!
Food was horrible. We All got BAD food poisoning from it 2 days ago!!! Plus paid over $60 for our family and it was small portions. Do NOT Recommend!!!!!
I arrived at 2:17AM to get some grub… well it’s now 2:39 and I haven’t moved in the drive thru lane. There are 6 cars ahead of me and at least 6 behind me two of which have left because we’re sitting here twiddling our thumbs. This ain’t “fast” food…
Why have this place open. Understaffed with no communication whatsoever. Can’t even ask for a straw because they’re too caught up with orders. Sloppy burgers too. Just bad all around
People were great. I was in a mood but they were nice .manager is a 10 . cherry coke is the best I had in Arizona!!!!
