I guess I shouldn't be surprised by now, but every time I visit this location I witness employees displaying genuine kindness and great customer service. They know regulars by name. This is by far the best Jack in the Box crew I've ever seen. It's not even close. Truly. Kudos to management for hiring a great team. You guys are awesome!
I pulled up at 10:30 tonight after trying the Jack in the Box on N Hayden Rd (Guy working said he only had himself working as wasn’t a manager so he couldn’t take any orders atm) so I hurried my way down to this one. All of the lights were on and 2 cars parked in the very front. I was almost in the drive thru when the people inside shut the lights off outside as well as the menu lights. I was so confused because this Jack in the Box is 24 hr. I waited a little bit and saw 2 employees inside moving around. I tried two different Jack in the Boxes and both had something wrong with them. Am I the only who has had this happen to them at this location before? I love Jack in the Box, and just want some answers.

Antonio needs to show customers respect. He had an attitude after they gave out food to another person. That person said they touched it to see if that was correct and it wasn’t . I will call corporate tomorrow and the manager. He told my wife to have patience and flexed his chest. He needs to be fired. We will stop eating here if they are treating customers like this.
I just happened to catch the name of the young lady who took my order. She is so professional on the drive-thru and in person. I know this because it took me a minute to get inside. Her name is Marcela. A very kind young lady who enjoys her job, who I could works well with others to get your food order out quickly. Hot food made fresh!I absolutely recommend this location.
Now this Jack in the box is on the north side of Phoenix on Thunderbird it's clean the staff is very respectful and fun you see some homeless but they don't hang around too long other Jack in the box throughout the Phoenix area will never get my business they have homeless people doing drugs hanging out at these Jack in the box must do something about it still get five stars on Thunderbird
says they are open 24 hours every day. I have gone there 4 times now on my way to work and they say they are not open or not taking orders. change store hours if the overnight crew isn't going to serve customers or do their jobs.

Christmas eve and missed a reservation we had. Not many restaurants open without a reservation. We opted for tacos. They were quite tasty.
