The food is ok at best not good and far from great. Overcook as all hell but at least seasoned properly. No staff but what they do have is doing the best they can with what they have to work with. What I don't like however is that they remodeled the place about 1-2 years ago bur they have almost 0 power outlets anywhere and it's frustrating if I'm trying to use my tablet to do some work while I eat and have a low battery I can't because I can't charge my device
Terrible customer service, was left at the front while the waiter went back to the kitchen to talk loudly about us. He said they were terribly slammed when there were only two other people dining in the restaurant. One large table was full of glasses and plates and when we walked in we were ignored for five minutes while the server and cook were in the back talking. They both looked back and saw us yet continued to talk. Was very disappointed in this service and will not be returning.
First off the restaurant is filthy. Even the carpet in the foyer needs to be vacuumed and the seating needs to be sanitized. The wait is laughable, how long does it take to scrambled eggs and serve the usual pancake dish? There was an older gentleman who kept passing by e and spilled trash or did each time he walked by, not a little either, it’s as though he wanted me to eat in the middle of garbage. This place is the pits. I even found a hair in my pancakes and I wasn’t even offered a discount. I will find another location to dine in.. so disappointed.

Had a great time. Our server was one of the best I’ve ever had. His name is Geno He was genuine fast and a great person to talk too would come again.
I don’t remember his name, but the server last night at 1am was AWESOME. He was slammed, frustrated, alone, with one cook, and the bar crowd coming in…and he still nailed the order, nothing late, check cane quickly, went above and beyond, and made the whole experience one that just stuck out in an unexpectedly great way.Thank you, mr wonderful personality filled server and wonderful cook (everything was perfect).
After recent poor service at a different IHOP, we thought we’d give this location a try and it was amazing! Very entertaining server, fast kitchen, great food. We’ll definitely come to this location again.
Just want to leave a nice compliment for Alice, she was amazing and remembered our large parties order with our even writing it down. Best of all nothing was missing, highly impressed it’s just something you don’t see very much! Food was great and Alice did a great job with service. We will definitely be going back.
