Great resort and wonderful amenities. The room was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. Full sized bottles. There were only lifeguards on duty at the pool slide which closed at 5pm in July.
Very nice hotel. For the price, I feel hotel should have given breakfast and lunch inclusive. Restaurants were very expensive. Beautiful, clean rooms. Very nice pools but again good and or snacks should’ve been offered for free
We booked the Gainey House, which was a good amount of space, but the kitchen was filthy, cockroaches dead and alive throughout the stay. Floors in the kitchen and dining area were dirty and sticky. Kitchen was advertised as "Chef Stocked, " there was 1/2 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag, no dish soap or towels. Carpet in rooms needed to be vacuumed and product stocked. Super disappointed.
Extremely disappointed with the service here. We booked a room with two queens, when we showed up they said the 2 bed rooms were sold out and they put us in a single king room. Additionally, we called ahead to ask about bringing our 2 dogs, they said dogs are allowed to stay in the room complementary, when we showed up they told us it was $150 PER DOG, they only charged us for one dog after much argument. Customer service is disappointing at an establishment such as this. I would expect this at another hotel but not a five star resort which ended up costing close to $600 for one night.
Went for a quiet and peaceful escape. It was anything but....what with gas powered leaf blowers and lawn maintenance beginning way too early and waking us up; dirty adult pool area when we went for morning swim, hadn't been cleaned from day before. Towels strewn and empty beer cans and cups about, and a visibly dirty pool. Big disappointment. The restaurant was exceptional with great food and decent prices. The parking lot and roads needed resurfacing years ago and still hasn't been done. A covered parking lot would be nice for the hot summer months....awful getting in and out and walking to hotel in oppressive heat.
My family and I stayed 2 nights and enjoyed every minute! The room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. The pool was clean and my 7 and 4 year old swam all day and we able to enjoy the slide as well! We will definitely come back for another stay!
Awesome time, friendly staff and an amazing pool/lounge area couldn't have been better! Things are pricey here though that would be about it. Would love to return sometime in the nearest future. (Also Andrew is the best bartender ever!)
Customer service was great. The location was in a great neighborhood. The prices were as you would expect for this type of hotel resort. The location of self parking was convenient and not far from the hotel. The pool had a separated side ; one side for kids, one side for adults. The kid's side had a slide, etc. and the adult side had a grotto and a bar. The resort also has live bands throughout the weekend. Starbucks in resort as well.
My husband and I traveled from Chicago to Scottsdale to stay at this resort while visiting with family for Summer vacation. We always stay at Hyatt brand hotels for a reason. They are consistently outstanding. Especially any Hyatt Regency we have visited. Service was exceptional, the architecture of this particular hotel is one of my favorites. The food was great and the kids menu was perfect for 3 boys under 9. Plenty of pools, jacuzzi's and sun chairs for guests not to feel crowded or uncomfortable. There is a cafe that serves Starbucks on site as well as a nice gift shop. Some nights there was even live music during dinner. The surrounding are of Scottsdale was also really nice to drive through and discover. Especially 'Old 'Town". Very pleased with our stay and will be back for sure.
Recently stayed here for a business meeting and to play some golf. A great resort that checked all the boxes for what you need. Great location, well kept hotel, and a decent bar scene made this a place I would come back too.Rooms were a good size, with ample sized bathrooms with good water pressure. Bed was big a fluffy (although a little too soft for me). Good wifi, and a nice pool round it off.All in all a great place. Go with confidence
