Very chic and cozy hotel surrounded by mountains.
Nice place for a casual meal. Bright, open surroundings. Wait staff is courteous and professional. I had the Brie and fig sandwich, and opted for the Parmesan fries; all in all, a delicious treat at a very affordable price.
We had a quiet table in a quiet corner which was very appreciated. Our server was very knowledgeable on wines and food on the menu. The young man who cleared our table was polite and pleasant. The wine selected was delicious! My sea bass was tasty and an excellent portion. My husband had ordered the tenderloin which was cooked to perfectionâ¦almost fork tender. Presentation of the plates was âalmost too beautifulâ to eat. Our coffee was hot and topped of a beautiful meal and a definite repeat.
Wonderful setting between Camelback and Mummy Mountains in Paradise Valley, AZ. The dining room looks over the Mountain Shadows pool complex and directly up the north face of Camelback Mountain. Our servers were very good, made great recommendations. Portions were the right size, not overly large. Can't wait to return for another dinner.

By far the best Tenderloin in town. From a ranch called animal Ranch. This cut off beef is definitely No joke and the prep from the chef and his team is most addicting. Hearth 61 is a hidden gem in the East Valley. Each and every time I go to Hearth61 the food is amazing, the staff is very Attentive and the ambiance of this place is unbeatable. This is our go to place for a wonderful experience and the Chef is amazingly simple yet cutting edge. Canât wait to go back. A must try and Iâll bet you will not be disappointed. Trying the Chicken next, sourced from a farm in New River. Letâs Go!!!!!!!
