We had the best time and a great experience for my step son's 9th birthday dinner! Our server, Logan, was literally the best server we have had in a LOOOONG time. Since covid hit, my husband and I don't go out due to service being below par. Absolutely not the case at Hand Cut. He was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and funny. The food was incredible and my step son even had the chef come out to tell him it was "the best burger I've ever had!" We also enjoyed our filet mignon and salmon. Everything was amazing and we will definitely be back. More spendy than we are used to but beyond worth it for the ambiance and service. Thank you for making us believers in restaurants again!
Great, unpretentious, flavorful meal. Steak, salmon, chicken wings, meatball, butter cake (BTW ask them to not put the peaches on it) all were top notch.
It was very noisy and not very relaxing atmosphere.
Server was very friendly and attentive. Had drink refills to us in no time flat. My wife and I split the wedge salad which was fresh and crisp with the perfect amount of dressing. I had the jalapeí±o ranch burger and my wife had the Tuscan Meatballs. Both were outstanding. No complaints whatsoever. We will be back soon.
Good ambiance. We were a party of 7 so we sat at a big table. It was hard to hear eachother as it was and music didn't help much. Service was good. Food was good. Prices are ok for what they serve and everything is ala carte. Overall it was a good experience. We tried something new and it we enjoyed ourselves.
Solid experience. The meatball appetizer and the barrata and beats were delicious and well portioned. The filet was cooked well and a solid piece of meat. Could have used a l otter more salt and pepper before it went on the grill. The vinegar fries had potential but needed much more vinegar.
