We had a great dining experience at Hacienda. I had the pork carnitas and they were made exactly how I like them. Not too dry and seasoned well! Portions in my opinion were decent and drinks were well made with a good amount of alcohol. Service was also excellent, waitress checked on us a few times! Gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because the restaurant itself can use a little updating. Women’s bathroom had a funky smell and booth seats had wear and tear…including some colored duct tape to keep leather seat in place. If you haven’t been here in awhile, go give them another try!
We spent a half hour at least and never got our food. The place was somewhat busy for Cinco De Mayo and the hostess suggested we sit in the sunny outdoor seating that no one wanted to get quicker service. There also was a special menu for this night which means a lot of the selections were pre-prepared. A table of 2 and a table of 5 came in 10 to 15 minutes after us a got their food. The waiter stopped by twice to tell us our food was on the way. We asked twice to get just guac and chips but the waiter couldn't even do that. After the half hour at least we had enough and told the manager?/hostess we were walking out. They offered a third time to see where our food was but we were too frustrated and left. We have eaten here before and had spotty service but the food was good. I don't ever want to go back now so I need to find another Mexican place. I guess we are driving down the street. Very disappointed.

I paid $15 for table side guacamole and they served me the plain guacamole that tastes like nothing. When I said this isn’t right their response was ”Don’t come here anymore”. We used to come here a lot and we will never come back. Very rude and dishonest.
Food was good but the smell going to the restroom was absolutely disgusting. It's good we ate 1st or I would have left without eating. Something needs to be looked into sewer smell!
Mediocre at best. Service is being generous. Coconut Shrimp were literally nothing more than deep fried shrimp... No coconut to be sure. Fajitas came out very hot and had a decent taste but no flavor. Service was almost non existent and there were only about 6 people in the restaurant. Good that one is off my bucket list... Save your money!

The smell from the entrance was bad and even worse in the bathroom, which made it hard to smell the food or enjoy it. Ran out of toilet paper and Dos XX. Don't recommend
Friendly service. Lively bunch at the bar dropping plentiful F bombs. It is a large restaurant, but we were seated right by this noisy bunch. (?)Food was good, but small portions. I had the Chile relleno which was very good.
