Surprisingly really good. Had the sundae and enjoyed it very much. Everything was fresh, from the ice cream to the banana and the hot fudge.
The lady was rather rude towards us at trying to order an ice cream cake. They refused to write happy birthday on our cake, then proceeded to charge $50 for a cake that feeds '15-20' people.....lady please! This cake feeds 8 people at most....get a better attitude and get better at your customer service
Represents the chain well. Friendly service. Small and quaint. Good ice cream of course though pricey.
The customer service was terrible. The lady working the counter was rude and unprofessional when we ordered. She yelled at my niece for ordering something and when she politely asked her to change it she responded with that’s not what you ordered. Overall very rude. She also was not wearing her mask over her face or using gloves when she helped us.
Over priced but worst part is the only employee working handles cash and your ice cream with no gloves or hand washes. Not to mention 6.75 for a small ice cream bowl. Giving out samples with dirty hands no gloves during covid

First time visiting! Delish ice cream and toppings options- But SUPER overpriced. 14$ for 2 kid sized cups. I’d rather go to the store and buy the same brand for much much cheaper. If you aren’t worried about price definitely come here for some great ice cream.
I was in Monday and the older lady with glasses working was so pleasant while I was there! You can also tell that they taking pride in cleaning here, very nice experience!
Came for ice cream after lunch in old town. The ice cream was delicious and the service from Sharon was great!
