5 stars all around. All of the staff are so friendly, helpful and good with kids! Lifeguards are very attentive too. All of the staff seem to truly enjoy their job. The whole property is clean and well kept. The food is good and the prices are not bad for a resort. My daughter had so much fun (and we did too!) Well done!

This is a great indoor water park, but the outdoor pool is great too because it is positioned in a way that the hotel building provides a big shade. I was able to just relax by the outdoor pool, enjoy the breeze and watch the beautiful clouds, in the middle of summer (August) in Phoenix. There are plenty of life guards, so I can just chill while my kids are playing. There are fun rides, mini bowling, zip lines, and a nice lazy river, too. Only problem is the place gets packed, and your check in time can get delayed because of that -- prepared to have a place for your luggage until at least 4:30p....

We had so much fun. It was an incredible experience. And I never really worried about my 3 year old. He can handle himself and I was with him but the oversight by the guards was amazing. I knew they would see him if necessary. Thank you for a great time.

We have frequented 5 wolf lodges many times. Checked in at AZ on Aug 1st-Aug5th. Upon entering the lobby it’s underwhelming compared to original wolf lodges. This is a smaller water park than other wolf lodges we’ve been to on the East Coast which is disappointing but my kids still enjoyed. I found it a tad dirty but most water parks are. We all enjoyed the food. Timber tacos were excellent. Find it stupid Dunkin doughnuts isn’t open all day like other wolf lodges. Rope course and golf was fun. Kids and adults had a good time playing magi quest as usual. Our room was clean but this is where it goes down hill. Phoenix Az is hot and coming back from the water park the first night the main AC in the grizzle suite didn’t work. We paid for a suite to have privacy and had to leave both bedroom doors open so their AC could cool the living area for the kids on the pull out sofa bed. The next day we called and got to spend our afternoon with the maintenance guy trying to fix the Wi-Fi AC, not what you expect on a vacation your paying for. He was awesome, patient and polite but can’t make a Wi-Fi AC connect when Wi-Fi isnt working. After a long time trying it cooled down 3 degrees and despite error still flashing, it was running. That lasted about 12 hours. Spent the next day sweating again with all doors open in the suite which means we paid for something we couldn’t use. Not only that the hallways were extremely hot. Then 2 out of 5 elevators were out of service making long lines of waiting in hot hallways with sweat poring down us. I spoke to a manager who didn’t know the elevators were even out of service but he was extremely polite. I suggested they not put anyone else in our room due to AC issues. He offered us $150 back. We get home and I review my charges. I had a $120.96 charge that wasn’t on my invoice. I had to call the lodge and inquire. We’d purchased $600 in food credits prior to going and apparently they didn’t credit all our food to this so I got overcharged. So I’m still dealing with wolf lodge. After being overcharge, the $150 back for management that wasn’t my point of talking to them but rather just having the next guest not have to endure our experience, became for of interest to me. So I looked to see if we’d received that. Not only was I overcharged and had to straighten that out, we were never credited the $150. So I just called about that. It was on our account to credit but they never did. No surprise. CHECK YOUR BILLING!

We have had the best time. Awesome activities for adults and kids. My families 1st time and my 1st time to this location. Amazing rooms. Great staff. My kids loved every single thing! My sister can give birth anyway and was very comfortable as there are plenty of places to sit and rest. I 100% recommend.

We stayed at the end of July for one night. The pool was disgusting on Saturday, there was diarrhea outside the women's bathroom and inside, there was blood in the locker bathroom, the food was overcooked and way overpriced (bring your own snacks), there is definitely not enough seating, and there were bandaids and diapers in the wave pool. My kids didn't even want to go near the wave pool. Upon checking my bank account a few days later I noticed over $200 in charges that didn't make any sense. I went to look at my invoice and could not locate it, it was never emailed after check out (nor offered at checkout) and you cannot retrieve your invoice from your account. I sent a request through customer service and jumped on the live chat to see if the rep could provide information. You literally have to open a case in order to get your invoice for your stay. What hotel/resort works like this? It is super shady. We will never come back.

This was my first experience booking a room at the Great Wolf Lodge. I had called earlier this morning and the price quoted to me did not include Resort fees. I'm not sure if they just forgot or we're planning to charge me as a surprise. I later called and was quoted a price that included the resort fees however, I had to ask about the balance being so high when taxes are not more than 10% in the state. When the agent explain that they were resort fees I asked for a manager to remove them. The manager told me they were mandatory even though I explained that I would not be using any of those services or amenities. I then stated that I would like to use a discount code. When the manager applied the discount code it was the same price that I was quoted twice today without a discount code. The manager then told me that the agent had already applied a discount code. I guess we will see when we check in how things will go. We booked the Wolf Den Suite. I think that $50 more for a family style room is excessive when the whole point of this Resort is for family fun and vacations.

We stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge Scottsdale over the Fourth of July. The kids were super excited to be at the hotel when we first arrived. We have three kids, and booked the wolf den suite which they enjoyed. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel is very family friendly. This was our first time staying at any Great Wolf. To start the trip the refrigerator was broken. The hotel was unable to replace it, due to not having any more spare fridges at the time. This would have typically not been a big deal, if it wasn’t for baby milk we had to keep cool. I was able to get an ice chest, and used ice from the ice machines to frequently refill it to keep it cool and the baby fed. While at the pool they shut down 3 of the pools at different times in one day, two of the times were because kids had pooped in the pool. Unsure what happened the third time. We had to pay for other activities during this time to keep the kids occupied. Lastly, there was a CO2 leak when we were in the lobby and had to evacuate to the parking lot while the fire department came in. During this time, two of the kids fell asleep and we had to carry them to the room. I understand these events were not situations the hotel could control. However, for the price we paid I did not expect to have this kind of experience, especially over a holiday weekend and as our first experience at the Great Wolf.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Great Wolf for 2 unforgettable nights. It was our first time here, so we didn't really know what to expect. From the moment we checked in, we felt like we were in a small Disney World. The kids LOVED the interactive magic game offered by the hotel, they were running around with their wands gathering crystals! So many activities for the kids! and the costumer service was PERFECT!! from the lifeguards to the waitress to the cleaning people EVERYBODY was Amazing! We HIGHLY recommend anybody to go here and have an amazing time!
