Food is always great at Grassroots. However, today the service was not up to par. Not much attention to our needs. We each ordered a drink, and it came after our meal was delivered. And then no one came back to ask if everything was OK.
Love the salmon and poke!! Everything is great...the slaw is a MUST!!
We always have a great time at Grassroots, food always delicious. Our only dissappointment was where we were seated. I made a reservation for party of 4 for my husbands birthday a week in advance, I requested a booth in the bar, we walked in and two booths were empty, the other booths had 2 people seated. We asked to sit in the bar booths and were told NO, theyâre reserved for 6 people. We have sat many times there with 4 people, we sat at a little at our table while the booths remained empty for 1/2 and hour then 2 people were seated in the empty booths, hmmm⦠No consideration by your seating staff, except staring faces and not many staff smiles after we were dissappointed by our table. Drinks, food and our server was excellent.
Very good service and always delicious food
The food never disappoints, from appetizers, to main course, to deserts. Solid service and good ambiance.
Too loud way too loud
If you haven't been to this restaurant, please do so; you won't be disappointed. Their food is amazing!
Service... menu...food quality are outstanding!!! Great casual neighborhood restaurant! and SWEET PROVISIONS next door is great for Ice Cream Cookies Pie and Candy!!! You will definitely enjoy GRASS ROOTS!
Grass Roots is one of my "go to restaurants". The food is always tasty with lots of great seasonings and flavors. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I loved the early eating menu choices!
