Friend and I wanted to catch up over lunch, this place was close. Plenty of options to choose from between Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese style dishes. I got the yellow curry with potatoes, carrots, and tofu, a vegan Thai tea, and an autumn roll. The tea was super tasty, the roll I was not impressed with and caught off guard that it was warm, and the curry was tasty, but not as thick as it usually is at other places that I have gotten the same.The prices were great, so I ordered a lemongrass soup to take with me for dinner another night and that had some good kick to it, plenty filling, too.I would happily visit again if I am in the area.
I went to three Vegan restaurant before trying Fresh Mint. So far I’ve only tried their Kung Pao chicken and it was great. It has way more flavor than the Kung Pao chicken at Veggie Village which is another popular Vegan restaurant, so I will be coming here to Fresh Mint!
Good food and good service. Reasonably priced lunch specials. The food is kosher also. I would recommend this place for sure.
Just had lunch here. Cute outdoor patio and the food is excellent! I am not vegan but would consider it for food this good! Also, the peanuts used in the dishes are roasted in house - an example of a small detail that makes a huge difference.
We absolutely LOVE Fresh Mint!!! so many amazing, delicious, and healthy options!!! (some not as healthy too ?) We took our daughter for her 9th Birthday on this last visit. Even though my kids were a bit roudy and the baby wouldn't sit down the staff was so kind and accommodating. We truly look forward to each special visit we have here. We travel from Chandler!! I mean how great is it to have such a different kosher option than just pizza or Mediterranean food!!! My Mother has also eaten there recently and gotten orders to go so we can enjoy at home!! We love the leftovers!! So flavorful!! You can feel the love in the food!!
FM is in a nice North Scottsdale shopping center. The food is very fresh healthy and kosher. I enjoyed some soy vege rolls with peanut sauce and hot brown rice. The server was nice and gave me 2nds on the rice. The decor, furnishings can use an update and makeover.
I stopped by here and got a salad and some spring rolls. I swear they both were the best I’ve ever had! The salad was so flavorful! Pineapples, walnuts and sliced apples. The dressing was awesome. The atmosphere was clean and kind. What a nice gem to find today.
Surprisingly good Vegan, Vegetarian! Fresh! It's a little unusual setup though. They have a giant wall menu and a counter, so naturally you think it's to order at the counter. When someone emerges from the back, they ask if you're dining in, if yes, they tell you to take a seat. Fresh Rolls are pretty decent, although a bit dry, so I asked for some type of vinegarette to help, it seemed to confuse the server, but we got it figured out. The veggie pad thai is quite tasty (tangy, so be prepared). I added the peanut sauce from my fresh rolls and that toned down the tang and gave it a creamy flavor. I'd definitely return and try other dishes. It's heavy Soy and Tofu just so you know. I don't eat Tofu so that further confused my server!Plenty of parking in the strip mall and good location. Give it a try!
So DELICIOUS! I can see why they were rated one of Phoenix's best vegetarian restaurants. The location, is another added bonus if you enjoy shopping on Scottsdale Rd. 5hey have indoor and out door seating, fresh juices and smoothies and just fresh food in general. Were looking forward to returning tomorrow to try out a different dish from thier $9 lunch menu that is plenty enough for me to fill up on and my husband to snag a few bites :)
I went to this place last night and gave them my card, cashier slides the card and says it declined, I give them a second card that goes through, when I check my account for the first card I gave them it indeed went through, it took the money off of both cards, when I contact the establishment I was met with pushback and no empathy at all, basically told me I need to call my bank to get the money back, no research on their end. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never go back to this place. Not to mention the food was mediocre.
