I'm back! Covid kept me out of the loop and away for a couple of years. I forgot how great a breakfast was here at First Watch. My wife and I tried the two specials of the day and were delighted. My Barbacoa Quesodilla Benedict order was the most unique and delicious meal that I have had in years. Our waitress, Vanessa, was so great and friendly that she made our visit a wonderful dining experience. Keep the doors open, we'll be back shortly.
I usually love this place. I ordered avocado toast and scrambled eggs well done to be delivered. Avocado was brown and eggs runny. I threw it out. Even tried to call restaurant no one picked up. Wont be ordering again.
High expectations based on reviews, but virtually every other breakfast place in Scottsdale is better. The breakfast sandwich I had sounded great, then fell flat. Go to one of the other local places and you’ll be better off.
Great service from the host to waiters. Food is great as well. Bowl of oatmeal and fresh berries and banana. Full breakfast menu is available and you won't be disappointed
I come here quite often and never have I had an issue with service, however the service I received today was completely lackluster, starting with the hostess in the front. Both hostesses couldn’t care less about this businesses’ customers, as they were both more wrapped up with texting on their phones than providing hospitality to their guests, multiple people requested to sit outside, instead of checking availability for these guests they quickly stated the patio was full (even though there were tables open) and proceeded to seat guests inside. From there it took our server 8 minutes to come to our table, and even longer to get our drinks. Not to mention a table nearby received no service and left rather frustrated that they had received no help. Rather than care about providing the proper hospitality to all guests the manager and other servers chose to all circle up and talk. Not giving a 1 star review because of the food always tasting great and service always being up to par. But if this is how a business is to continue to be ran, a lot of business will presumably be lost.
By far the best omelets in Scottsdale. Also, salads are terrific, especially the cobb salad. Friendly service.
Very impressive! I had the chicicurri burrito and it had a perfect spice to it. The hash brown potatoes were perfectly crispy. Service was excellent and fast.
I love this restaurant, especially for their superfoods bowl! This place is a must for when people visit me.
First Watch on Scottsdale Road near Lincoln has an outstanding reputation among locals, and for very good reason. Great breakfast and lunch selections; my friend and I tend to focus on the avocado toast and eggs Benedict, but we've always loved what we had here. Prompt, low-key, friendly, skillful service. Strongly recommended.
***Not pet friendly *** how is it that Starbucks, Scottsdale Tap-house, nectar and humble pie are all pet friendly but this place is off limits? They all share the same patio, but somehow this is sacred ground. First watch you need to update your policies to reflect your customer base. This will be the last time I step foot in your restaurant. By the way Scramble which is right across Scottsdale road is pet friendly.
