The TLDR of my experience at Fata Morgana is that it was simultaneously fine dining and also a lovingly made home cooked meal from your Mediterranean family.In order to explain how great my experience was with Fata Morgana, it is important to understand the situation. I have never been a huge fan of Mediterranean food. My first real introduction to Mediterranean food was in the last 2 years. I’ve found some dishes and foods that I enjoy, but I wouldn’t select it as my favorite from a list. When I ate at Fata Morgana today I was measuring up all of the different foods I had to my recent experiences with similar food. I found each item on the menu to be better than any other iteration of Mediterranean food I have ever had before. Was the Falafel good? The best. Was the steak good? No, it was absolutely incredible. I was blown away by the steak which tasted so juicy and buttery, but was cooked in a clean kosher fashion. Even something as simple as pita bread was made to perfection.Fata Morgana’s menu also included sushi, which I was initially skeptical about, but they proved any skepticism to be unfounded because the sushi was astoundingly delicious. Fata Morgana has a firm grasp on flavor profiles, spices, seasoning, and every other facet involved in forming a delicious meal. Apart from that, the atmosphere in the restaurant is very comfortable. It felt like the kind of place I could go for a fine dining date with my fiance and also like a comfy casual lunch while running errands around town.The whole experience was capped off by the fantastic staff. They were the kind of people who could read a person and guide their dining experience to all of the foods that they would enjoy the most. They were quick, responsive, professional, and very kind.I thoroughly enjoyed the food, the setting, the staff and the experience as a whole. You don’t have to be a fan of Mediterranean food, or even familiar with it to have a fantastic dining experience at Fata Morgana.

The best food ever and very well priced. I came in as tourist from New York, this was the best restaurant I have been to. Everything was fresh and tasted better than homemade food. The customer service was also phenomenal, everyone is so friendly. I hope they open a location by us!
The food we had at lunch was so delicious, we came back for dinner 5 hours later. Potions were LARGE. Highly recommend the outstanding sabich and their roasted jalapeños garnish. Danielle was lovely and welcoming. Thank you for two delicious dining experiences. Wish we lived in AZ so we could enjoy more often!
Fata Morgana has an amazing sushi chef who really puts his heart into every roll. This beautiful roll is not on the menu however the ones on the menu are just as beautiful and yummy ?
We had the Spicy salmon roll and chicken shawarma pita sandwhich. Sushi had a good flavor but on the smaller side. The chicken shawarma was a decent size but lacking flavor, not the traditional flavors I am used to. The sandwich did come with hand cut fries. The prices were pretty high but it could be because it is all kosher. Overall interesting concept- American, sushi, and Mediterranean food.

WOW!!! I've learned not to put a review after only one visit, u never know... So I've been at Fata Morgana few and few times and how did I start this review? Yep, WOW!!! I've tried so many things on their menu, had only GREAT experience and A very delicious food! Very nice size of dishes and well presented! Food is very authentic and well done! Feels very clean, which for me is a very big thing so I felt really good on that matter as well...Menu also is very diverse, I love going in a place that can offer variety of flavors, if I feel like meet there are great options! If I feel like sushi so this sushi is amazing there as well! If I feel like a Mediterranean food that's amazing as well and even traditional food as a burger or chicken wings (get the sweet chili ones, THE BEST!). I have to add how every time I came in, there was something new the chef tried so it feels very fresh and interesting...The staff was as kind every time I was there and service is great too! was waiting for a place like that to be opened for A while, SO happy it's finally here :)Can't wait for my next visit!!!
The food was amazing! If I could eat everything off the menu in one sitting I would! The environment is relaxing and the staff is super sweet. You won’t regret coming here. Also all kosher the best part yet!!
