We got the carbonara it was awesome. Loved the fresh noodles. Loved the fact that itâs open very late and I donât have to resort to fast food. Great vibrant atmosphere although a bit loud late at night. Only reason took off a star was it was a bit humid in there booth where we sat.

Girls trip to Scottsdale. Search for Italian and very happy to have selected Evo! A our waitress was wonderful. The food was amazing. Dishes were made fresh. Great selections for the menu.
Enjoyable celebratory meal. The ambiance was lively and food was quite good. This is a better spot for a group or celebration, as opposed to a quiet table for two. Will recommend!
I ordered a Market Salad. It is not what it used to be, not even close. Not flavor, not tomatoes, Very poor quality.
Super delicious. Could not have been more impressed. Iâve dinned at many amazing restaurants in my life and this adds to the list. Donât miss EVO when in Scottsdale! My only complaint is the noise is incredibly loud, but thatâs what you get at a busy and packed restaurant.
We had our waiter chase us outside cause we gave him a poor tip. I told him it was because his Terrible service. We still gave him %15 percent. The Audacity of his actions is why I am writing a poor review. If the owner is reading this we were under Krystal party of 6â¦.8-5-2022. What a joke
The food was fantastic. They said everything is made from scratch there and it was all fresh, delicious, and well presented. The portions were a great size, including appetizers. Would definitely recommend, and will be planning my next visit!
The grilled octopus and EVO kale salad were outstanding. We ordered the margarita pizza - crust was very good, but the rest lacked some flavor, so it was just okay.
First time going to this restaurant, and was thoroughly blown away by how amazing the staff and food is. The one minor issue we had was very quickly fixed, and my girlfriend and I enjoyed every second.
