The employees were extremely friendly! The line moved along quickly in the lobby BUT unfortunately the smoothies we ordered were extremely watery and not smoothies at all. The hash browns were hot on the outside but refrigerator temperature on the inside. The sandwiches looked beautiful and I'm sure they would have been good had they been warm at all.
I’m just marking this is one star to bring to the website Owners attention that this is not a drive-through Location and I drove out of my way with my toddler for no reason. Thanks for the waste of time.
Nice quick quality place for a bagel or breakfast sandwich. No frills....not a giant menu but good breakfast spot.
The bagels are great. But the employees are awful. Seem very unhappy to be there, not friendly. Especially a middle age women that I assume is a manager.Frequently, they take your order and start helping the next person, while you keep waiting for them to take your payment. Maybe finish with my transaction before moving on to the next person so that I can leave.We buy bagels at Whole Foods now, don't want to deal with that sort of service.
I love the sugar/cinnamon bagel but better they make it without the whole and seems like it tasted less sugary, but I still loved it ?
The owners are excellent folks and working so hard with severe staffing shortages. It is important we support the success our local bagel place in the neighborhood.
Came here today at 1pm for some bagels. They were out of a good amount, since most people probably come in the morning, but I picked up a cinnamon sugar and cheesy hash brown bagel. They were very fluffy and tasted really good. I just wish the staff was a bit more upbeat and excited, seemed like they'd rather be elsewhere. I would still come again though to try more bagels.
This place is a joke! While the bagels are great, the young guy with the baseball cap and glasses keeps screwing up my order and I feel like he does that on purpose!
Oh my. Every kind of bagel.... I had the vegetarian. Amazing.
Have been to this location many times, always good. Love their coffee and asiago bagels, yummm!
