The manager is a sweetheart and the workers I dealt with were great. Two of the coffee carafes were cold but I know they can't catch everything. As soon as I let them know about the coffee, they were on it but I didn't have 10 minutes to wait for a new batch. They would do well to add some flavored creamers for the coffee as well. Not the syrups but the actual flavored creamers.
Not only are the bagels always yummy, but I wish I got the persons name who helped me out earlier. He was tall and had red hair. He was so sweet and completely made my day!!

Don't come here often but it is close to my work so I usually stop in for a bagel and coffee. Never disappoints but today in general they did give me the wrong sandwich which I didn't check until I was on the road. Regardless it was still delicious. Lol
No matter which location I've gone to, the staff has always been helpful and very friendly.While it's gotten a little more expensive, bagel Monday ($7/13 bagels) is hard to beat. The sandwiches are really good, if pricey. The brisket sanwich is DELICIOUS!Pro tip: sandwiches are usually 50% off after 11am.
Horrible! The sandwiches were cold. The drink's were not so good. I gal was sweeping with customers in the restaurant. Uncalled for.

Would it hurt to actually put cream cheese on the bagel? They put like none there! 6 bucks for a bagel with hardly any cream cheese and a drink. And it took forever to toast it and it was hardly toasted. How disappointing. ??
Used to be awesome for years. They changed the bagels across the chain and that’s the end of it... shame. Hope they will come around because we hear this from many of others who stopped buying there.Update:They must have listened to their clients.It is back to the good old quality now.Thank you!!
Friendly staff! First time coming here and I was given a welcome gift from one of the managers! So friendly and makes a mean bagel!
