Just want to say this location used to need some work for sure! However today I came in, they were slammed and killing it! While training (who the girl training was doing a great job too!) and maintaining a great energy and speed! Doing what they could with the volume and limited space on the line for as many as could toJump in and help out! Great job guys!Even acknowledging that I was still waiting without me saying anything! Exceptional customer service!
They didn't know they had cinnamon, they need to train their employees a little better. Maybe she was new
Tasty bagels but far less than enthusiastic service. I don’t believe we were thanked and do believe we were incorrectly advised that they didn’t have plain cream cheese in the lower calorie variety.Price was also more than the comparable bagel with cream cheese at the PHX terminal Panera. How can that be?
Best bagels....texture, taste sooo good. It is true treat on their assortment of flavors. Look forward when going here.
Staff was friendly and speedy for an early morning order. Got a bagel, toasted with shmear and it was out quick.
Ordered lox on a lightly toasted sesame bagel and a blueberry muffin for pickup. The lox came on an untoasted jalapeno bagel. Who eats lox on a jalapeno bagel? Yuck! The muffin was dry. All in all most of the breakfast ended up in the garbage. Worst Einstein Bros I've encountered. Extra star for large amount of lox which I relocated to a grocery store bagel. Thanks for ruining my breakfast
Horrid service. Finished sipping my medium sized coffee and still no food (just a Farmhouse Breakfast). Two folks sitting idle at the POS machines but they can't fill any of the three, empty creamer carafes?!!If you can't multitask, please don't work in a fast casual restaurant because it's unbelievably irritating to have to wait oh so long for a simple order because you can only work one item at a time!!! Ugh.
Well I just got home and they messed up the entire order. No breakfast for me today. I guess Einstien is in name only.
I was next in line. Stood for 20 minutes to be helped, as it took the employee that long to fill the person’s order in front of me. If they don’t have enough enough employees they should stay closed. Will NEVER shop here again.
Ordered a couple of lunch sandwiches, the menu clearly said "comes with chips" but the Girl who was working alone Saturday at noon said chips were extra. When I pointed at the menu she said they used to be included or it was a menu mistake (on the wall) or that was precovid (?!?) or something. Anyway, the sandwiches were fine but I think there's a training problem with that, and I know that retail stores have an impossible time finding people so that could be part of the reason for her confusion, and no manager around to help.
