Horrible service and attitude from moody lady serving the food. I didn’t hear my name called and saw a coffee on the counter and asked if if it was my name and she replies “obviously you’re the only one who ordered this” then Rolled her eyes when she served me my bagel a couple minutes later.
Horrible wait time!!! It's almost like they are making each bagel from scratch!!! When there's a line...speed up!
Although last year I had an encounter with a manager that was far from pleasant, everyone deserves a second chance. He has been very nice as well as all the other staff. They have been on point for the past year. I’m happy to come back every time.
I went here a couple of weeks ago normally I get a bagel and cream cheese, but this time I decided to try one of their lunch sandwiches. I got a turkey and cheddar bagel sandwich, a bag of potato chips and a soda. I had a coupon and decided to try. It was delicious. Thank you

Every time I come to this Einstein’s it’s a positive experience! The staff are so kind and friendly, and they always provide great service. With good food and employees who consistently try to brighten your day, what more could you ask for to begin your morning? Highly recommend
I usually love every Einstein/caribou but not happy this time, wish we went to Dunkin next door. Food was skimpy and my bagel was hardly toasted it was not even warm. I started to order my coffee and she told me they were limited because they dump most of the coffee out* nobody orders it after noon. So i tried ordering what i always order and she told me it does not come like that.... no (we don't make it like that)
Lackluster service and questionable sanitation make this a pass for me. Usually like Einstein’s, but this one is blah.
