I went to place an order through their app and apparently the store doesn't accept orders 30 minutes prior to closing. No order was placed, but they decided to FRAUDULANTLY take $32.25 from me. Please refund my credit card that you took the money from. I never got the order, you closed 30 minutes early. Please resolve or I report fraud.I tried contacting the business, they asked for all my information and then decided to never respond back.I tried reporting this business to BBB and they aren't even acredited business.
Very fast employees! They were prompt on acknowledging my presence, my order was already complete and ready at the pick counter just as my order was being entered into the POS system it was that fast! I think I was in and out in 3 minutes!
I do not know why this is a 3.6 it should be a 10.0 as far as experience and customer service and the food all around is just magnificent. I come here every single morning with all my guys. We love coming here and we love the people working here they always take care of us I and one of the training managers at Two Men and a Truck Scottsdale. My name is Matthew everybody there knows me. I will keep coming here for many years to come and again thank you guys so much at Einstein from making our food just straight great every morning and your the Atmosphere by walking in there makes my guys happy and look to come there every single morning. service was absolutely terrible . In the end the cashier gave me attitude because when they called my name they used an abbreviation NOT the name I gave them so he gave me attitude for asking if this is indeed mine or someone who ordered under the abbreviation of my name
Average busy on a Saturday but hardly any bagels at 9am....seemed like they had enough staff but my bagel wasn't toasted like i asked and breakfast sandwiches were ok. We waited a while because order taker changed husbands name from Steve to Stephen so when they called for order to be picked up, we didn't get it right away. Just a bunch of little things. Will still go because we like it . Just hope it gets better.
The customer service at this location is top notch. Friendly and always putting the customer first. I always look forward to getting breakfast here during the work week knowing seeing the staff will brighten my day. Great breakfast sandwiches and coffee.
Only one star because zero is not a choice. The male working the counter came from the back or kitchen with gloves on but touched everything behind the counter including his phone, cash register then helped a customer with an order of a dozen bagels NEVER once changed the gloves he was wearing.will not be returning and for your safety you should not either.
I’m a regular customer but have waiting extremely long lately. Do not go here on the weekend. Unless you want to wait 30 min - 1 hr for a bagel. Won’t be coming here anymore.
Went right before 7 am, hoping for a quick turnaround. They got a complex order 100 percent correct, it just took a while. The store was not crowded. Masks all around and friendly service.
I love the app and the fact right now you can get free coffee with your order. The staff is always super friendly.
