Great Drip Coffee experience, great taste at fair prices. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly to answer my questions about the different coffee grains, they roast their own and the result is fresh great coffee in every cup. I definitely will be coming back for more!

The coffee and atmosphere are great. I'd love to see more vegan options (I didn't notice any aside from the non-dairy milk, which is pretty standard these days). Donating to the humane society is great. Let's show some love to the farm animals too, who have just as much sentience and capacity for suffering as our beloved cats and dogs.

Such a fun coffee place. very animal friendly and supportive of animal rights .exceptional treats to add to coffee ambience. 0Order ar e a very confusing on entry and customers repeatedly telling new customers where to order.Could be much better organized for ordering flow!!

Heard good things about this shop and I wasn't disappointed. Had the chai latte and a rather large cookie, and both blew my expecations. I had half a mind to order more. There's a decent amount of space for its size as well as outdoor seatings. Will definitely be back to try some of the other drinks and bakery items.

I loved my matcha latte. But even more, I loved the peanut butter granola type bar. I ate one and brought 4 home.

The shop is located in a nice complex and the vibe is super chill. The CBD Nitro is smooth and strong but that's just what I need to start off my morning. Lowkey speaking, the pastry highlights my entire visit since the Espresso Cherry Bread pairs so well with my coffee and I couldn't wait to be back to try every single one they have to offer.

One of the few coffee shops open past 3pm in the area. Nice cozy inside with maybe 10 seats, and outdoor seating for those with dogs. Decent non-coffee options and the scone was good (not too sweet)

No more fun and unique pastry specials, and no more bagels baked in house, as their long-time pastry Chef was let go recently.

We stopped at several places for coffee while we were in Phoenix on our vacation. This was the best one. (Cartel was the worst.) We got their single origin pour overs. We would have rated them higher, but they were not very generous when we asked for honey and heavy cream. The staff kind of acted like we had made a difficult request. But the coffee quality was good. It was quite strong, and we wish we could have had a little more cream, but they gave us what they gave us.They are on the opposite end of the spectrum from a place like Starbucks, which tends to be waaaay too sweet and have lower quality coffee. Echo is not sweetened enough when you ask, but their coffee quality is very good. I would come back again. If they had treated us better, I would've given 5 stars.

While the coffee was always delicious and the baristas always so friendly and quick, I most likely will not be returning. It was a very sad when they lost their resident pastry chef who could whip up the most perfect and delectable baked goods you ever did eat. Not sure what happened with her sudden departure, but she was the major reason I would frequent Echo so much. I'll miss her and that place ❤️
