Shea and Avery absolutely displayed 100% customer satisfaction tonight. I experienced a issue directly with Postmates and without a doubt Shea was sincere with keeping up there end of the deal and giving me the beverages that I initially ordered.Thank you Shea and Dutch Bros Crew. Great place for hot coffee in the cool weather and iced drinks in the hot AZ summers. The staff is fantastic and make you feel you're their favorite and only customer even when the line is very long and they are busy as bees.. Even if you've been feeling grumpy you'll leave with a smile ?. The sweet rolls are fresh and tasty too!
Went inside to order and the music was so loud I had to repeat and ultimately YELL our order. I suggested to turn it down and was told “ not up to me”. Seriously? We love Dutch but will pass this one
Anti gig worker company as they don’t provide WiFi. At this location the music was so loud you couldn’t couldn’t hear the staff talk. Another corporation like Starbucks pumping out expensive subpar coffee.
Worker was flirting with my boyfriend right next to me, teach your employees how to interact with customers and not flirt with themThis may sound like I took it out of context but when I say flirting I mean she was flirting and my boyfriend was extremely uncomfortable she also demanded a tip firstCoffee was also very watered down too
This Dutch has a lobby to walk into and order drinks which is nice. They are the normal over happy and friendly workers as you expect to find at Dutch Bros
