I went here and ordered a hazelnut late with oat milk. They made a regular late. I asked if I could have hazelnut late and they made me a sugar free hazelnut late. I said I didn't want a sugar free and they said that's all they had, but they could give me some sugar to add. I said they could just throw it away and I left. If they said they only had sugar free rom the beginning I would have ordered something else.
Good luck getting any donuts in any variety if you also want to sleep in.
It was busy every morning and noon was to early to close but all in all good friendly service
Went during covid a few weeks ago and the service was great with regards to the guidelines. I only brought cash down from my hotel room to pay with and inconveniently they were only taking debit/credit cards. The person that placed my order was very nice and held my order while I went to get my credit card. Overall good service. Make sure to bring a credit card.
They should change name to Dunkin Coffee. It would better represent what they are good at making

A 30 minute wait for coffee and a breakfast sandwich is not ok. Multiple staff members stood staring at each other instead of helping get food ready. With kids and a water park waiting this sucked.
Had my normal iced coffee and I got a couple of donuts for myself and my wife... I must admit that I was looking for a Dunkin for a coffee after a long flight from Boston... As good in Scottsdale as in the Boston area...
