I was a regular here. The co workers realized I come almost every other weekday and then stopped making my food correctly in order to speed it up. They never cook the hashbrowns or toast the avocado toast. First few times I thought it was just a newbie but really I'm convinced if they saw my name they wouldn't toast the bread. Never a problem at any other location.I got at least 10 different avocado toasts completely untoasted. (That's my fault for returning to this location but dunkin used to prepare consistently so I assumed it would be correct.) I'll be avoiding this location and probably all dunkin donuts.
No clue how this place stays open! Seriously! The past three times I have placed an app order of assorted doughnuts at different times of the morning and day, I get to the drive thru and the employee tells me they don't have what I ordered. I'm even staring at the doughnuts each time and tell them that and they just shrug me off each time and tell me we have none left. They def have enough to make an assorted dozen and more. I just shake my head and then I tell him that since you don't have any doughnuts, to refund my order. They have no idea how to do this and stand around and then just give me cash to make me leave. They don't even count it as it's always been over my total amount. It's like they dont want my business, no joke! I'm done after this last time and will go to Krispy Kreme from now on where I can buy some doughnuts for my pregnant wife.
Hard to understand with increase in wages how customer service can still be so poor.3 stars for a sparkling womens bathroom, solid coffee, yummy donut.Two stars lacking due to lack of smiles and friendly team & poor donut inventory. These last 2 items seem to be a consistent issue regardless of location and time of day. Come on leadership team, you can get the team Dunkin!
I highly recommend this specified Dunkin’ branch as staff members are very friendly, efficient, alongside maintain the interior cleanliness.
To the female who says “anything else” before you’re done with the first item, you’d think you’d be good at your job since you’re rushing through orders. The current crew should be Walmart greeters so they aren’t expected to do anything or be effective at anything in our society. Imagine working at a donut/ coffee place and not being able to make 2 coffees. Pitiful tbh. A graveyard loves travel stop crew would do better after day drinking four lokos between shifts.
The worst worst worst. Will not be back. Took my dozen donut order but did not get the donuts, continued waiting on the people behind me (2) and grabbed their orders as they ordered meanwhile the donuts I ordered were dwindling. She finally gets to my dozen and says "what did you order again?". I asked don't you have my order in the system or on the receipt she says, no I threw it away. Absolutely no apologies and I had to change my order since the some of donuts I ordered were now gone and they had no more in the back. Closest donuts to my house but I will drive the distance to get better service. Wow.
Came through drive thru at 701pm on 12/27/21. Literally no one answered the head set but see workers in there giggling and talking. I’m a Noc nurse and just needed some coffee but this Dunkin’ I will not be coming back to.
was fair. looked alittle dirty and unorganized. but coffee was weak...but was okay. not superb but okay!
This is easily the worst dd/br I've been to. No this isn't a dramatization. Don't go to this location. The hot chocolate machine isn't working, they can only make certain coffees, oven isn't working to warm up breakfast sandwiches. We orders a chocolate shake made with chocolate ice cream, she gave us scoops of ice cream in a cup. Told us to pull up and she'd make a shake. We sat there for 6 min. My boyfriend was inside for 10 min, they still were unable to make a shake and ended up giving him the same ice cream scoops. Not a single apology for the mix up, the wait, or offer of a refund. The people working just lack common sense and people skills at the least. Even other times besides this..its like the ice cream machine of McDonald's. Something is always "not working". I've written maybe 2 Google reviews in my life. This place is sadly deserving of this review though
They messed up my iced coffee order trying to give me a hot coffee and when I asked for a change you can see the attitude in the girls face. And also there is a girl who takes orders via drive thru and she always sounds like she has a bad attitude and sounds rude everytime I come here, I'll definitely be going to a different Dunkin.
