This was my first time visiting this location, while passing though the area. Stopped for food and coffee while I finished reports. The staff at the front were courteous and provided quick service despite the lunch rush. The manager or shift leader Rocky was kind and offered to refill my water, as I was working in the lobby for a few hours. I spend my time on the road and usually find my self stopping at the nearest coffee shop between jobs. its always nice to have a reliable spot across the valley that provides good service and a place to get work done.
When we walked in no one was up front. No one came up to the counter until another customer said "hello..." I had to repeat my order 3 times to the girl which was fine, she was probably new. When I got my order , they forgot my coffee, she didnt charge me for it...so they gave me the coffee free..We wanted to eat inside but every single table was dirty. A total of 4 employees in the back, talking. Flies and food on floor and tables. Floor was sticky and dirty. We decided to eat outside...those tables were dirty too.
Friendly, clean, got my order right, no waiting. Great experience.
Just left this Dunkin’ where there were four employees working. It was absolutely disgusting inside! There were empty trays everywhere, was food on the floor, the counters were a mess, and moldings falling off the wall. My biggest issue wasn’t having to wait for my on-the-go order that hadn’t even been started yet (in an empty facility), but the girl working in the back with a napkin shoved up her nose! It was just hanging out while she worked with food and drinks. I AM GAGGING! Did she have a bloody nose? Leaky nose? Is she sick? Either way, I will not be returning to this location. Gave two stars instead of one because when I finally got my order, it was accurate and delicious. Two other orders while I was there were made incorrectly, so I was glad mine was at least correct when it finally came out.
Got coffee here. Barista was nice and helped me order a drink without sugar but with flavor.
This is a Dunkin Donuts franchise where I got what I ordered in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. Expectations were met.If you're here for truly insightful content regarding a Dunkin Donuts, I suggest you reevaluate your life. Get your coffee, some meh donuts and roll on.
I highly recommend this specified Dunkin’ in Scottsdale, AZ. I order coffee from this establishment at least 3x weekly. Hence, the staff members are very friendly, efficient, and reasonably accommodating. For example, I chose to randomly substitute a donut for an avocado toast this morning after the cashier “rang” me. And he was very understanding about how indecisive women are; he allowed for me to only pay for the avocado toast w/ coffee rather than to also pay for the donut. To conclude, this Dunkin’ establishment is highly recommended.
Not the type of person to leave reviews. With that being said this is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’ve returned a couple times to see if it was just and off day but they still could not manage a simple bagel and coffee order. This has happened multiple times. Something needs to change whether it’s new staff or management. Cuz holy that place is trash.
Fat Tuesday and dognuts! Dunkin' still does it right. Only bummer was their jelly injection needle broke and they had to put fillings on the outside. Strange but still good.
Very dirty inside! All staff in the back while people are in line . Outside dirty too windows filthy can hardly see out. For a Scottsdale location i am shocked. Will never go back. Staff young, not seen but heard
