This dunkin donuts was amazing!! All of the employees treated my daughter like a princess while we were there! They even named a drink after her!! Its safe to say my little girl was glowing when we left the store, promising to be back soon! And for service like that, I'm happy to drive passed the two closest dunkins!

I rarely will write a negative review as I go out of my way to find positives. Unfortunately this is not the case with this location.I went in on Saturday 6/18 to get 2 iced coffees and surprised to see it wasn't busy. As I stood at the counter the couple in front of me had received their drinks and one was incorrect, it happens. The young lady behind the counter nicely said she would correct it and took the incorrect one to replace comes back with correct coffee only to discover she took the wrong incorrect drink. 5 minutes later is is correct and the couple was waiting for food.Thinking I was next in line I waited another 5 minutes to order but alas never happened. It was interesting to watch the counter person and drive thru person continue to talk and share things from their phones all the while ignoring me and the couple waiting for their food. Even though the counter person came back to the counter at least 4 times and hurriedly went back towards the drive thru area (which only had 2 cars in line).Patience is a virtue they say along with using ones feet to decide not to business with sub par business. In current times this doesn't bode well. Fortunately there was a Starbucks a few miles away (always my second choice for coffee) that was happy to do business.I expect nothing because of this review but I would hope management re-evaluates procedures to avoid situationsime this in the future.

My order was wrong last time I was there and I called the store. The guy on the phone gave me his name and the so called managers name, Amanda. I get there today for what I thought was going to be a Peaceful experience if just getting my order replace.I get there today and Amanda basically calles me a flat out liar infront of a line of at least 7 people. She did not just replace the order for ne Peacefully. She had no make a scenery waiting to call her employee that I talked to because he didn't write my name down on their dam customer los.Amanda get your act together and treat customers with respect! Also, Amanda was making food while picking up her dirty pants. Another employee was touching her dirty hair and then proceeding to make customers orders.This establishment needs to get their act together!

I just left the Dunkin donut. I went in late afternoon so donuts wasn't the freshest. ( I used to work for Dunkin donuts a long time ago so I understand the times donuts are made) so was not upset) But the staff was Awesome!! My order was wrong n they( Brandie n Tori ) did everything to make me happy. N get order 100 % right. Tori n Brandie are very efficient employees. I enjoyed staff more than the donuts.. Saved the day/order

The cook is refusing to make my order. It was place before I got here and is not for me. She's been notified more than once and has yet to make it. I have seen multiple people come and leave the lobby and drive up. She is currently using her phone while making sandwiches and other ready to eat foods. I with my own eyes just watch her make food, eat food and use her phone all with the same gloves. I have been here roughly 20 minutes and still have not received my order. Actually I came in at 931 and it 1006. I just now got my order. I'm angry. Thanks.

This store never has a good selection... I have tried 6 times at different times of day to get jelly filled and glazed munchkins, always out! Perhaps management should pay attention to their mix of business and properly anticipate supply and demand... Just saying

Was excited to know that a Dunkin was so close to my work stopped on the way and I’m honestly highly disappointed. Burnt food and waited forever.

Staff is always so excellent. There is a manager/bossy lady there who always audibly chews people out when they are behind and I feel so bad for the great crew working their butts off. If you’re the manager there with the FUPA that says “don’t argue just do it” you know who you are. Shame, we are all just trying to get by. The crew here is always excellent and the food and coffee is as well.

How many Dunkin workers does it take to drop a tea bag in hot water? Apparently more than 4.I waited 13 minutes at the drive thru window while they tried to figure out how to take my order because they didn't at the speaker and then make it correctly.They had my card for over 5 minutes doing who knows what, so I will be notifying my bank to watch for fraudulent charges.Four adults and none of them knew how to take an order, process a payment and deliver a most likely incorrect drink without attitude.Back to Starbucks.

Food is as expected, cash register staff friendly and provided warm greeting; however, shift manager is toxic to workplace, staff, and customers--short tempered and rude in general. Franchise owner needs to replace management here asap!
