Have been ordering at this location for several years now with no issues. Orederd 2 weeks ago for delivery and was shorted 2 specialty chickens. Tried to call for a refund or credit and sat on hold for 2 hours with no answer. Decided I would let that one go.Ordered again tonigh, order tracker has said in quality check for 45 minutes. Seriously! Yet again not answering the phone!This will be the last time we order from Domino's ever.Lost a frequent repeat customer over answering a phone. Truly sad....
I have a tomato allergy and trying to call them to get them to not cut my pizza with the same cutter as tomato sauce is hell. They never answer the phone which means I'll need to send the delivery driver back. It's wasting time and resources. ANSWER THE PHONE
Phone not answered Tue PM after several minutes so walked in. Asked 2x if I were picking up. Nope. Took 2 staff to see if system working to take my order. Couldn't spell my name. Ordered hand-tossed, got burnt thin crust cut in tiny squares. Obviously in over their heads! Don't bother!
I can’t give 5 stars because they require face masks to enter according to their app. However, the ordering app is great, and Dominoes is the best quality in the mid-grade pizzeria category.
Worst experience ever. Never expected this from so called ,so famous THE Domino's. Today we ordered cheesy Garlic bread with ONLY jalapeños from this Domino's. We got the order, mentioning 'no bacon' on the box of bread. But when we opened the box, it was smelling something different. Being purely vegetarian, it smelled so weird that we cut the bread from the middle to check. And we were so so so shocked to see, that with jalapeños it was becon too inside. I was so shaken from the depth of my heart as it not only broke our trust, but, also hurted our religious sentiments.I would not be able to trust Domino's in future. Pathetic.. worst to worst experience :/
We just ordered a pizza from here and we were very disappointed. The middle of the pizza was way too thin and undercooked resulting in the pizza falling apart. We ordered it well done and got undercooked pepperoni and honestly just a soggy pizza.
No hair nets! no respect ! We had a long hair coming right out of our pizza! Warning ⚠️ Do not buy food here! THEY DIDN'T WANT TO REMAKE ORDER AND TRY TO FORCE ME OUT! MY CHILD IS HUNGRY! NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS!!!
Waited over 2 hours for delivery, the tracking finally updated and said it was out for delivery, the GPS then said they were back at the store and it was delivered. Through my waiting I tried to contact the store multiple times and they never answered the store. After it said it was delivered I called again, someone finally answered after 5 minutes, I was then put on hold. I'm still waiting, I just want a refund at this point. Completely unacceptable.
They cancel orders all the time. Never have drivers. They should probably pay drivers appropriate wages maybe they'd have enough.
Andrew is the best and so professional, Every time we order from them the pizza comes out very nice well done and it's perfect the delivery time is really nice and even the girl that delivered to us one time was super nice great experience with them thank you Andrew and thank you to that girl
