Gps was down the website said my order was delivered and so I called proceeded to get an extremely irritated guy tell me that the GPS was down, like how the hell was I supposed to know other than that their pizzas always been good
Ok we were starving. We wanted to grab something and take it home. Within 10 minutes they came out to our car with a full 3 course dinner. Thanks Dominos! Once again your customer service and quality is the bomb!!!!M

Two hours after the delivery driver left. Still have not received pizza. No answer when calling.

They used to be good before the pandemic. Previously you could count on the quality and the estimated arrival times when you would order as things would be accurate. Now it is the exact opposite. Often the order is wrong and we have had pizzas take up to 2 hours to arrive and be totally cold. When we called the manager to express our concerns, she only complained back to us they saying they can't get anyone to work and she knew they had major problems. Corporate should jump in. We felt bad for them so still about once a year we have tried them again to see if anything has improved and instead now when you call no one even answers the phone. It is unbelievable. Whomever owns this location (assuming it is a franchise) must be totally engaged or why do they even stay open if service is now this bad? It's unfortunately one small example of what is happening across the country and in all industries. People want government handouts and they don't want to work. And the country is going to have more chaos and higher inflation only to have the quality of everything slip continually.
Horrible experience ordering pizza tonight. My first call lasted a duration of 19 minutes on hold. I finally sent my son over to just order a pizza in person and wait for it. They dropped the pizza on the floor. Thank God he noticed it and requested a another Pizza be made. The second pizza was a rest job with hardly any toppings on one side and a heap of cheese on the other and was not cooked through. Did not feel safe eating it. Call the store on chaparral again and waited 29 minutes and hold with no response!
