The service here is exceptional!! I was treated like I just walked into a 5 star fine dining restaurant and the staff went above and beyond to make this a epic culinary experience! If I could put higher than 5 stars I would!!
Very dirty, floors were sticky, soda fountain hadn’t been cleaned, flies flying around, the guy making the food didn’t change his gloves. Obviously bad management and little to no emphasis on running a clean store here.
Had the brisket plate with side order of baked potato casserole and Caesar salad tasty but Meat arrived a bit cold along with the casserole good thing sauces were really hot so it was eatable. The place was filthy, finger print and all the glass dividers, inch of dust on counters, the plastic table cloths were sticky. Staff was really polite and friendly but get to cleaning the place y’all
Foods always amazing. Thank you to Sean and Chanson for an awesome job well done. Will be returning soon.
Food was amazing as always staff was friendly and informative the music was even great and I would highly recommend scenery was top notch
We love Dickeys bur we’re so disappointed with our order. One of our entrees was wrong and a side wasn’t included and they forgot the corn bread muffins we paid extra for. Will have to try a different location.
Yuck. Absolutely terrible! Worst bbq place around. Ordered Mac and cheese got disgusting crusty mashed potatoes, runny coleslaw which had no taste, no sauce for my pulled pork sandwich… as dry as the Arizona desert… Not impressed with the food or service. Won’t be back
Very disappointed in this location bcuz when u hear Scottsdale u think of cleanness but this restaurant wasn’t clean the windows was dirty and haven’t been cleaned the tables we had to ask can they wipe them down and the food was horrible the chicken was dry and tht Mac and cheese was an insult. Other locations everything be perfect but this one I couldn’t believe won’t be returning ever to this location who is the manager he needs to be fired.
This is a chain that has grown a lot over the last 10 years. Individual locations perform differently. This one nails smoked chicken breast. I recommend their spicy bbq salsa & mac & cheese
I'd give them a 5 stars but the place only offered 2 bbq sauces. This place was recommended by a friend who said the sauces were everything. So I was disappointed by that. The service was okay. No one seemed to care that I had mentioned it was my first time there and didn't know the protocol. I kinda floated to the register and paid. Maybe I'm willing to try Dickey's again but maybe a different location.
