I really hope someone reads these reviews with a goal of making changes to improve. This place has potential to be outstanding. First, who does mot like ice cream when it is hot? And the unique way this is made is something we had not experienced before. What a missed opportunity to not have fun with the customers while creating their flavors. I still don't know the process and how it all comes together. The staff there all were working with their heads down, no eye contact, and showing little energy or enthusiasm. And all this in a show type counter designed to show off the nitro event. If only there was a bit of customer interaction it could make it fun. And as many others have noted, this place is expensive. Price/value is not there for us.

The kids that were working we not very friendly. I told them this was our first time eating ice cream there. And they just stared at me like I was speaking a language they didn’t understand. There was like 5 people working and no one spoke and they just stared at us while we waited for the ice cream to be made.the cone was freshly made which was great but two of the 4 we bought was soggy at the top. They get two stars because the ice cream was good. But I will never go there again.

This place has gone downhill. It was so filthy, the tables the FLOORS were absolutely disgusting. I’ve never seen that much trash and dirt on the floor in an ice cream shop. The guy who was apparently in charge of cleaning up the place came out to switch trash bags in a trash can and totally ignored all the other filth around. They charged $7.50 pre tax for ONE scoop of ice cream, no toppings included, which is outrageous!!!!!!! Didn’t taste great and as usual made us nauseous, which is a thing we’ve noticed even in the past with their ice cream. I don’t know what’s in it to make all of us feel like that every time. Oh and they were out of tons of flavors using the classic “supply shortage in the country.” I haven’t experienced this problem at any other ice cream shop. The girls that worked there could hardly keep up and honestly didn’t even try much, so it took forever to get our orders complete. This was the last time we’ve ever given given this place our business. But I doubt they’ll be around much longer.

Really fun place to take the family. Kids especially love watching them make the ice cream. Some of the creamiest ice cream I have every had!

It looks very fancy using nitrogen to freeze your ice cream, and the options for toppings are great, but In the end it just tastes like milk that's had cookies dunked in it. Or like the milk left in your cereal bowl. Whatever toppings you get - I would recommend asking for double.

Creamistry has been an all time favorite for me. The ice cream was always so creamy and smooth. We went to get the sea salt Creamistry which I always get there. Instead of the creamy smooth delicious cup of wonderful ice cream we received a cup of ice hard chunky tasteless mess. What happened!!!!????!!!! $10.00+ for rock hard ice cream. So sorry why have you messed up this great treat?

The way they make the ice cream is unique. It makes the ice really creamy. It’s fun to watch, especially when the “fog” comes rolling out. But it doesn’t make getting your ice cream slower. It is expensive for what you get. This particular location can be dirty at times. It’s the only ice cream place in the area, and it is good, so we always end up here.

In my opinion, way too expensive for what you get. A 5oz cup is $8. It is delicious though. The process they use makes the ice cream SUPER creamy and dense. The associate behind the counter was very nice and personable. Due to production issues, they were out of a few ingredients like almonds and bananas. Also, the tables and chairs could have used a good wipe down. Inside had ice cream/crumbs on them, and outside had bird poop.

I went to Creamistry a little over a week ago, and I just felt motivated to leave a review. I was having a really bad day and just wanted some ice cream. The girl that scooped my ice cream was so nice, and the ice cream was so delicious as well. Definitely will be coming back.

1 star because the price of a single scoop of ice cream in a cone was 8 dollars which is absolutely outrageous and ridiculous. Mint choc chip Ice cream was very tasty and staff was very nice.
