So I went into this Cold Stone Creamery at 7:30 pm on July 17, 2022, (also known as National Ice Cream Day) and ordered 3 ice creams expecting to get my discount as advertised on the national Cold Stone website. I was was told by the server, “I don’t know anything about it” in reference to both it being National Ice Cream Day or the discount. How does that happen when the only thing you sell is ICE CREAM?It wasn’t even “this store has decided not to participate in National Ice Cream Day discounts.” They knew nothing about it being National Ice Cream Day!!!
Ice-cream was great! The employee (June 14th around 1pm ish) seemed in a hurry probably had some back of house things to get done. Got the ice-cream mixed and cupped quickly. I just couldn't get over the off aroma. I've been to many a ColdStone in my day but this one definitely had a little bit of a funk to it.
Ordered thru delivery service from this store. Cake Batter Pre-packed quart Ice cream was old (like months old) and full of ice chunks (protective layer of ice). Could not eat it.
Love handmade ice cream mixture.Variety and prices depends on their menu options. Fast food service.
This place is so kid friendly!!! LOVEEE??? Laura was great props to her???Stop by anytime, coming back VERY soon!!!!!! Also, her hair is as bright as her future Anyways definitely recommend!!
I Walked in first, at the paradise valley store and the immatured kids had zero knowledge about anything and the attitude was so horrible that I just walked out of the store without even saying a word . They are good playing with eachother with a pen at the store ( which they did ) and replied that they don’t know anything when I asked their opinion in ordering a cake becoz it was my first time there .With so much of disappointment I left the store and the next day went to the one in frank llyod wright .The yelp had very poor reviews of that storeAnd I was so not having much hope . But there was this nice person named ‘ Katie ‘ And she is the assistant manager of the store .She was so great . Helped me decide which sizeTo go , which combo ‘s to try and pretty much everything . I fell love with the quality of response and knowledge that she had . She pretty much brought in all the customizations that I requested for .By the way : I ordered a devil’s food chocolate cakeWith cake batter ice cream and mix in ‘s were m and m , straw berry and graham crackers , mid layer was fudge ganache, Oreo frosting with cascading ganache as top layerIt turned out so well and thanks to Katie for being amazing and everyone loved the cake . Literally nothing was left behind . Her calculations ,Her customization opinions everything was a hit and I would be back and recommend everyone to that store
If you place an order to be delivered they will not give you the respect to read over your order to get it right.Two times in a row they’ve left items out yet charged for them. Just don’t be surprised when they get it wrong.
Haven't had cold stone in 10 years or so, but I'm glad I took the plunge and went in. It was delicious. Lol
Horrible customer service. I came in for a pick up order and was wearing a mask, and they (4 employees) completely ignored me for over 10 mins. Then when I gave them the name of my order they said they were still making it, so I waited for over 15 mins. After 15 mins I again tried asking if my order was ready (had to wait another 5+ mins just to get help) and they said they will check, low and behold they grabbed it straight out of the fridge they have. They never notified me when they finish making it and made me waste my time. This happened on the weekend and it was the night shift employees (2 girls and 2 guys).The tables are also very slimy, it’s like they never ever clean the tables.I also forgot to mention there was no one in line when I was trying to get help! I will never come back here again!
Place was not really that clean. Floors were a little dirty, tables were not clean. The actual cold stone that they use was obviously not cold because the ice cream would just melt as they tried to mix it. We ended up with milky soft ice cream. That would be expected if it was 110 outside bit it was only 80 outside. I won't be coming back.
