This place so bad. The management can’t figure out how to make the TVs work. we’ve already changed seats twice. This is unbelievable! we could watch the game at home but we wanted to go out and support the community. really really bad management

This place is great! Atmosphere is always chill and cool, but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. The managers, Eddie and Reyes, are hands down some of the best people that I know. The bartenders are amazing and very friendly. Ashley, Lexi, Taylor, and Lindsey are very good at what they do!! The food is very good, some burger classics with some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. "Cantastic" Tuesday is the best deal around...$4 canned drinks all day on Tuesdays. Also, this is a great place to watch any sporting event...They are always willing to accommodate you with the game/event of your preference.Do yourself a favor and visit the Pima location, it's a great experience. I feel fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from home. Love this place and will continue to visit.
Waited on hold 8 minutes to place a to go order, it was lunch time so I was understanding. I went in to order instead, waited at the hostess station and then was told to go to the bar. Bartender Lindsey must have been having a horrible day because she couldn't even give a fake customer service smile to anyone. She was very very short with everyone, although she at least was checking on the other guests to make sure things were good. I wasn't given a receipt or change so apparently chicken tenders and a drink was $20 exactly. Meal had only 3 tenders despite being advertised as 4. Other guests were attempting to make small talk with her and she could hardly spend two seconds doing so. They commented as well about her demeanor. Overall not at all welcoming.
Great food. Excellent burgers, big, done to perfection (as ordered, medium, medium well) Cobb Salad, large portion, fresh, crisp and loaded with bacon. Been a fan of Uncle Bear's for quite some time however, first experience at CB&C = better! Highly recommended!
We arrived this evening at 9:07pm. We sat ourselves and no one spoke to us for the first 15 minutes. Oh and they restaurant wasn’t busy. Someone finally came and told us we needed to order quickly because they are calling “final call!” It took another 10-15 minutes to receive our waters and place our order. The food arrived and at best it was mediocre!!! We then sat until 10:20pm. No one checked on us!! We couldn’t find find a server so after waiting forever, I finally got up and knocked on the kitchen door so I could get my bill. Peeking in the kitchen there were four people including my server, standing in there talking. Really? You rushed my order, never checked in on us and then you’re all standing around talking to your friends! The service is awful! I am a server and I would never treat my guests this way!! I’m sorry but I could never recommend this restaurant to anyone. The manager really needs to look at the help and decide if they are worth what they are being paid!! I’d have to say NO!!

The food and service were great! There weren't a lot of customers, which surprised me, given it was a Saturday evening and not that late. Not sure what the service would be like when it's busy, but all restaurants are understaffed, and I'm thankful for those who are working these jobs. They don't need customers adding undue stress to their jobs by complaining, and especially when it's not their fault these businesses are understaffed. Instead, when you're at a restaurant and the server apologizes for their delay in getting back to you, tell them you totally understand given the lack of staff, and encourage them by telling them they're doing a great job! And, if you know the server is doing their best regardless of service speed, tip them well!
