Food and service are just ok, much can be improved.
I just ate the most disgusting food in my life and now I am terrified of getting food poisoning. Please do not eat here.
On 06/09/22 about 7pm I stopped for quick dinner to go. Chicken/jalenpos/biscuit= 5days of FOOD POISONING!! I will not ever go back.
So just felt like getting really good chicken and all the other chicken places I must have the same flavor but honestly churches really does make the best chicken but the friend was worth the visit the biscuits the biscuits biscuits what do I tell you about the biscuits there is bomb as the chicken fivestars Church's Chicken on Scottsdale and McDowell I'm sorry near Miller and McDowell

If I'm being honest churches chicken is very oily and bland. Sides are okay at best and the store is very trashy looking or run down if you would. Not saying it's the workers fault. They are friendly for the most part. I would say the shining item for this store is the honey biscuit's. I would post pictures but tbh it wouldn't do this place any favors if I did. I feel the price should be far lower than what it is.
This is not the first time so it was my fault for not checking but once again my biscuits were missing. I chose biscuits instead of a side, so I was shorted again. The food is decent, the staff is friendly, but they just aren't well out together. Also no receipt was put in the bag so I don't have the order number or receipt.
I've avoided Church's chicken for almost 40 years because of the poor quality of chicken they were serving! Last night, I decided to give Churchs another chance! Wowza, the chicken was amazing!! Unfortunately, the restaurant had run out of gravy for the mashed potatoes, so I still walked away somewhat disappointed!! Maybe someone could have walked down the street to the Frys supermarket to buy some gray mix? Anyway, the fries were okay, so I'll be returning to Churchs again soon! Lol
Great food made by capable people in a clean and friendly environment. The staff were all wearing face masks and there is a large plexiglass shield to separate the kitchen section from the dining section. With all the unknown and know factors that contribute to the spread of viruses and other communicable illnesses it’s nice to see this store doing a part to curtail the spread of such things.
