I have eaten here several times and it has always been fresh and reasonably quick, getting through the line and on my way. You choose the ingredients to include as they build your burrito or salad in front of you. I love having a choice of how spicy hot I want my order to be.Please click ? if this was helpful.
I'm upset that I come in to get tacos only to have the people working tell me I can't have any guacamole because there's only enough for online orders.. there's literally a bin of it but I can't have any. Well... now I kinda don't want the tacos. I wont enjoy them as much. ?
I was unable to order any food as I was left standing at the front for around 10 minutes. No one acknowledged that I and another lady were standing there. There were multiple individuals on staff and not one "hello" or "we'll be right with you."I walked out.
Pick up order was not complete. Not able to reach anyone at location got a computer and then out of state customer service who were less then helpful. I would NOT recommend this location!
Great food but the girl in the middle is always rude and rushing me. Replace that chick or give her an attitude check!
Food always good but all tje tables in the restaurant are dirty.Then it took them 10 min to send someone out and they forgot to clean under the tables.
I was actually very surprised on how good it was..I had a bowl with steak,pinto beans,rice,and all the other good stuff. The flavor was very good there HOT sauce is awesome!!

Do not serve full servings - burrito bowl has less than 4 oz of meat.. for $10 dollars.We also had an issue with trying to get beans on a kids quesadilla instead of meat or veggies. The veggies are limp and disgusting, so if you are vegetarian - look elsewhere. They REFUSE, loudly and rudely, to give you anything that isn't explicitly on the menu. Very odd. So odd that Corporate Chipotle didn't understand when we told them.Also, don't expect the manager Mary to help with anything. Actually, upon hearing your concerns she'll ask you if there's anything else.. with a condescending smile on her face.Don't go here for your a post-workout grub, kids meals, or even decent service.
The food was good, I could have used a little more than 4 strands of lettuce and a container should be at the beginning of assembly line like some stores have one when making bowls. Other than that it would have been nice to have received a response when I asked a question over and over. Each person just stared at me and passed me along.
