Ended up with extra food could not eat because too spicy. Order was incorrect THREE times. Unusual for this at Chick-fil-A. Some tables not cleaned properly. As usual everyone friendly. Good food on fourth try finally got it right
This is the second time they forgot a fork for my breakfast bowl. So no breakfast for me. Don’t order anything here like bowls, salads, macaroni and cheese, ect If you need utensils as they don’t give you one in the drive thru.
Was in there today with my son and the employee, Hayden, made the atmosphere so happy!! Big smiles delivering the food and it made my day better.
⚠️⚠️⚠️ The manager lied and said they're fryer was broken or something, so they're out of fries!! Never heard of any Chick-fil-A ever that didn't have any fries. Filthy dirty location!! All tables were really dirty, food all over the ground. Employees just standing around shooting the breeze. We're not even busy, was only like a few people here so not sure why they couldn't clean up a little. Fries were cold. Also they didn't bring food to me like most locations do when you dine in. Employees are also rude and disrespectful.
Stopped on our way out of town. They messed up our order 3 different ways, milkshake machine was down, they had issues processing our rewards and it took 20+ minutes. We usually have an amazing experience at chick fil a but today was disappointing.
I just ordered two sandwiches and they both are dark brown fried & crispy. That’s perfection. I ordered here yesterday and it didn’t look fried at all.. that’s a “no bueno”. Keep them looking fried and crunchy!
Ordered the spicy chicken and i could only take a couple of bites same as my fiancee. Was absolutely disgusting! Service and preparation was quick and friendly only reason why I added a star!
They need to open the whole dinning room and get rid of the parking spaces for pick up only. They need more parking for patrons

I used the app for mobile ordering and after arriving at the store location (there are plenty of spots dedicated to mobile ordering pick up) I only waited a few minutes to get my food, which was fresh and hot. Excellent service!
