My wife and I were a returning customer to the Chart House. Generally things were ok, but they were out of Kendall Jackson wine when we went back to order it, and they were out of "creme brulee" after we had mention that we wanted that for desert. We were there for a 7PM reservation, so we were surprised that they would be out of what consider to be basic items, for an upscale Scottsdale restaurant.
We dine here often and always have a good experience. Service was a little off last night and that is not typical. The food was great.
My date and I had a lovely birthday dinner! Great views, fantastic ambience, excellent service, well prepared drinks and amazing dishes! Couldnât ask for a better night.
We had a delightful dinner at the Chart House. The steak and roast beef were perfectly cooked and we love the creamed spinach. We had a chocolate lava cake for dessert and it was also great. Beautiful view of the lake and the ducks and excellent service too.
Nice evening overlooking the lake with a monsoon - almost felt like we were in Hawaii! Food was delicious. Unfortunately they ran out of prime rib. Another favorite was the ahi tuna appetizer - however, when we ordered a second one - the presentation was different and missed a few key ingredients.
Our server Madison was excellent. The food was fabulous. Several of us had the special meal with soup or salad, main course and a mini desert. Great value
We were pleasantly surprised and got a last minute reservation for another excellent meal. The shrimp cocktail was 5 large shrimp and the cocktail sauce was just spicy enough. I've never found the challenge of forcing down atomic horseradish to add to my enjoyment of a meal whether it is in a cocktail sauce or with my favorite prime rib. The perfectly prepared meal was served by a very personable and professional waiter named Parker. We will ask to be seated in his section on our next visit.
