Great local spot! We have ordered take out a few times and every time the food has been incredible. The Thai hot was the perfect amount of spice and flavor, and the peanut sauce was the delicious. I highly recommend if you are looking for delicious, authentic Thai food!
The steamed Thai dumplings are excellent. So are shrimp cakes, fresh rolls, and they have handmade curry puffs!!! (Not on menu yet) All curry dishes have been great, pad Thai, and pho. One of the top 3 Thai restaurants I've been to in the country. Nothing here is even close to their level. Very authentic on dishes.
Went here expecting Noodle Ranch and found it had closed and Chada Thai had taken its place. While it was not what we were expecting we enjoyed it immensely. Only item to mention is medium spice is quite spicy, so be aware. The food was delicious and we will definitely be going back
The service was wonderful greeted with a smile and hello . The water was in a metal cup as well as the pitcher. The water was excellent. I ordered the lemon honey soda was very mild on sweet but tasted like it was advertised very good refreshing . I tried the coconut shrimp great crunch well cooked the sweet and sour sauce taste home made . I Also got the chicken skewers. super juicy tender has this nice char to it but not burnt by any means . The seasoning was delicious I'm already planning on ordering this again . For my meal I got the number 15 chicken leg in a coconut curry sauce with mild heat with cilantro and shallots with crispy noodles on top with egg noodles . The sauce was to die for I could not get enough the chicken leg was fall of the bone I could shake it apart . The crispy noodle were like high end crunch Ramen from a fancy place . The egg noodles had a great bounce to them and the shallot had a great fresh crunch overall 9 outta 10 . I got the coconut milk desert with the rice matcha jellies. It's a little warm with ice in it with what tasted like condensed milk with coconut milk . The dessert has a layer of flavor . The matcha offers a strong herbal taste while the milk give it a sweet creamy taste. It was odd at first but I quickly finished it the ice created these wonderful pockets of cold cream hidden in the sweet soup. This place was amazing ? atmosphere decorations lighting the people everything was very good . Place was also very clean . 10/10 must try.
Oh my Thai! Nina was absolutely a joy to interact with. She was so polite and up beat on the phone. We made a pick up order, our order was Veggie Curry Panang hot spice and Beef pad Thai Mild spice. When I got to the restaurant it was busy and after eating the food I can see why!While waiting I scoped out the decor.ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Very clean, nice lighting and feels like a warm cozy vibe. The food coming out of the kitchen looked very delicious, professionally plated and good size portions.Nina was very attentive in letting me know when our order would be ready and that they had ran out of sticky rice which was no problem in my book I gladly opted for brown. She then kindly let me know I could sit at a table to wait for our order, she apologize and said they have been so busy, I told her " that's a good thing! Being busy and running out of something is a blessing."Every one looked very happy with what they were eating. The music playing was well known cover songs with contemporary sound. The temperature of the restaurant was pleasant not to cold. She brought our order over our To Go order and thanked me.NOW FOR THE CARRY OUT FOOD REVIEWFood stayed hot for the drive home and filled my car with the Amazing smell of curry. Every thing was boxed perfect, no spills ,no leaks and food Temperature was hot when we opened the boxes to eat.I ordered hot for my veggie curry because I'm used to most places saying hot but end up with mild/med level. Hot means hot here and I'm sooooooo happy! It's a heat that builds lol. The brown and white rice are cooked perfect moist , fluffy , hot, lightly sticks together. The curry has so much flavor and the consistency is not too thick not too runny. Veggies are not over cooked very good texture fresh not frozen tasting. Portion size I personally can get more then one meal out of it( I love left overs ).My love had the Beef pad Thai and says it is on point! Says Beef was tender, great flavor, noodles were cooked perfect. Mild means legit Mild here not spicy which makes my love very happy! Portion for them was perfect size, no left overs. So we give Chada Thai a score higher than 5+++. Looking forward to dinning in next time.
Our family loves thai food, and we end up trying it wherever we go. Chada Thai stands up to the best we have tried in Seattle, San Francisco, Orange County, Hawaii, and Utah. The Miang Kham appetizer, which are mini lettuce wraps filled with a mini lime wedge, toasted coconut, serrano (?) chile, fresh ginger, orange, and tamarind sauce. They were delicious, and I hadn't ever seen them at other Thai restaurants. The chicken yellow curry and pad see ew were also excellent. The service was super friendly and kind - some of the best service we have ever had. I don't understand why this place doesn't have more reviews. I suppose people are going to all the typical steakhouses and such.
Absolutely deserving of all 5 stars! This was just one of those eating experiences where you can't help yourself but smile as you eat. You just know you are eating something high quality, authentic, and from a place that clearly cares about what they put on their tables. I love Thai food... And I seek out Thai restaurants often. I am also very selective about making any food recommendations, and I will say that this place is a must try. I promise you will not be disappointed! Even the soup we started with was so good we all asked for seconds (it was honestly a simple Veg soup... but it was just so flavorful and aromatic). I ordered the Khoa Soi Chicken Curry Noodle by recommendation, and it was genuinely the best yellow curry dish I have ever had. With this said, I will be making the 30+ mile journey to this restaurant often, and I am very much looking forward to exploring the rest of the menu. (Everyone I was with ordered something different, and they were all raving about their dishes as much as me!).
Absolutely wonderful!! This hit the spot and the flavorin every dish we ordered was on-point! We savored the flavor and appreciated the true Thai hospitality provided by the staff. This place is a must try!
The yellow curry was very good, I also liked the catfish, tasty as flavorful, a nice little place to go for lunch.
Everything was excellent! Delicious and beautiful. Make sure to get the mango sticky rice
