Really cool place. Our family really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was excellent. Just what we were looking for. The waitstaff and manager made sure we had a great experience. You will be happy you went here.

This place used to be so good and their Caverns Chicken Salad was delicious but something has seriously happened. Overall, from grabbing the door to sitting at our table to using the ladies restroom, everything needs a really good cleaning. The once beloved Caverns Chicken Salad was so depressing. The salad contained wilted slimy greens and both of us counted the black beans and there were 5 in my salad and 3 in my friends. No corn could be found in either and you had to search for the very minimal cheese. The chicken was ice cold and my friend said it had a taste of disinfectant. We kept looking back at the menu as this did not resemble anything from our many past visits. Unfortunately, we won't be back.Update to Carlsbad's response: As I review other recent less than favorable reviews, the response is the same, "Sorry we let you down and hope you give us another try". I would have much rather received a response as to what they are doing to improve the food quality and cleanliness so that I would be more willing to give them another try. It was a canned response I am seeing they give for each negative review. Disheartening...
1st time, cool concept and very nice staff. Food needs improvement, their salsas were way too watery, all our order was very bland lacking flavor. We did enjoy the vibe outside by the fountain with our drinks but will probably not come back to eat here.
This place never disappoints. Always great service and great NM food. Happy hour everyday 2p to 6p. Noah is one of the best servers we have had hands down. Attentive and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back soon!
Unusual cavern-like dining area with waterfalls. Drinks at the bar were very good and the Skillet Nachos with fire-roasted jalapenos were great!
Noah was our server and exceeded all expectations. Best Mexican brunch in Arizona. Nice shady patio with water features so you don’t hear the traffic.
