Honestly the worst sandwich I’ve ever purchased. The lettuce was hard and discolored, the tomatoes were soggy, they only had one type of bread, they didn’t have avocado, they didn’t have bacon, my sandwich was super dry and only had mayo, turkey, lettuce, and tomato when the worker told me it was going to have more veggies and mustard. Any establishment claiming to be voted best in America is scraping for ways to make up for the fact that they suck. Don’t order here, save yourself the time.
I drove 45 minutes to this location as a friend recommended it. My family and I were extremely disappointed.For starters the bread had to be from a day or two prior to us eating there. You can instantly tell it was stale bread.The chicken noodle soup and the coleslaw was very bland and not worth buying.On top of this, the cashier rang me up for an additional meal that we didn’t have and realized right before we left.I would not recommend this location and/or this sandwich spot. I was not impressed at all. Very disappointing.

Sandwiches were the wrong size (smaller than asked for) and the employees lied to our faces when we confronted them about it. Half of the sandwiches had ZERO fillings (literally just bread). I know the employees aren't paid enough to care but COME ON. Side of Cole slaw was forgotten as well. Flavor was good for what was actually the complete part of my sandwich but the rude employees and service sucks major @$$.

Used to be one of my favorite places I would always order platters for the holidays and any other time I wanted to have something awesome but the last three times I've been there the quality has really went down I don't know if the same guy owns them anymore.
We stopped in to Capriotti's today after a frustrating, running around the valley day, hungry. The greeting we got as we walked in the door was outstanding and allowed us to leave our frustrations outside. Our order was prepared quickly, accurately and was beyond delicious. It was really nice to experience a great crew working together to serve up amazing food with a smile. 11/5/2021 4pmish.
Very very disappointing. We paid 26$ for a wagyu cheese steak. Usually LOVE that sandwich. At this location today it was cold, cheese not melted, barely no meet, burnt peppers. Just disgusting. This location cooks just don't know how to make a cheesesteak right. Will NEVER come back here.
Quality has definitely gone down. We asked for mushrooms and onions with our cheesesteak but it didn’t come with it. They were too busy to do anything about it. In general, it felt like there was less ingredients in the sandwich. I remember this place being a lot better than this.
