When I say this place has the best food, and customer service that is what I mean. My waiter Nile’s, and she gave the best customer I have ever received in a while. I am visiting Scottsdale, and someone told my friend and I about Butterfield’s. They hit the nail on the head. The music in the restaurant was nice,. The customer service was A-1, and the food was unbelievably wonderful. I had a vegetable omelet with hash browns, and pancakes. Lord have mercy. My palette, and belly was so happy. I left full. To top it off a stranger paid for our meal. Scottsdale, AZ has some amazing people. Thank you Nilea for making our experience incredible. The best restaurant I have eaten at in Scottsdale, AZ!!!!!

What the heck happened to your customer service!!! You remodeled the outside but lost your excellent service!!! 15 minutes to get coffee and OJ??? Really??? I know I maybe not the right skin tone to expect a great tip, but I do tip for service. Right now, McDonald's seems the better option!!!

We liked everything and have been many times. Prices have jumped up fairly quickly though... I don't know who wrote that prices are between $2-$9 in the description but that is way off from reality. In any case, aside from the price, its consistently good food.
I was told by a friend that this was the spot for good pancakes. They were absolutely correct!!! I had the oreo pancakes and tried the banana pancakes and both were amazing! Staff was really courteous and the facility is kept really clean. Definitely recommend eating here!
The service ranks as exceptional for such a busy restaurant. The pancakes we light and fluffy, the sausages were tasty as was the grits. They weren't like southern grits but definitely had a unique flavor having me wanting more. The orange juice was fresh squeezed and delicious. My only disappointment was the eggs. They lacked flavor and tasted like they were microwaved. I would certainly go back based on their service. Plan on waiting 30-45 minutes for a seat.
Had a good portion with my breakfast. Asked for crispy bacon and hashbrowns they weren't as crispy as I like sent the bacon back with no issues. It's thick cut so ended up a little chewy but still tasted great. Scrambled eggs were light and fluffy and pancakes were good. My server was very nice and attentive. Great atmosphere and a busy place. Overall really good. Thank you!

Very busy but not a long wait. Food came out very fast. Coffee poured at table regularly. Water pitcher provided a nice touch also.
