My fiance and I just had lunch here accompanied by our 4 month old. We asked for water twice before receiving it, we had to remind them about our side sauces and carrots we ordered. My fiance had an empty beer for a while before the server came to take the glass without offering another one. The food all came out at different times (not including our appetizer) And our mozzarella sticks were over fried leaving them hollow inside.Edit: I considered leaving 2 stars because the food was really good when we finally got our entire meal, but then we found a straw wrapper underneath the table top caddy, indicating they don't move them when wiping the tables down, if they do at all. And when my fiance went to change our daughters diaper in the family restroom, he said it was so dark in there and blasting music that it terrified her and she cried to the point of tears.. Also, out server pointed out to us that his girlfriend "hates everything about buffalo wild wings" maybe not something you should say about where you're working? It's so hard to get good service anymore because no one wants to work so people hire whoever applies. We used to sit at the bar anywhere we went because of this, but we have our daughter now and honestly not worth the $65 we spent. We normally tip 20% or more, coming from working in the restaurant industry ourselves in the past, but we really felt like it wasn't even remotely earned considering how slow the restaurant was and how awful our service was. Save your money or go to in n out next door.
The piece of paper taped to the door said they are open until 10pm this week. Next week they will go back to the regular hours. My daughter and I walked in at 9:20. The hostess said that we can’t be seated because they already did last call for the kitchen. I asked her what time it is. She said 9:20 and they have to finish closing the kitchen before 10. It sounds like the kids are making up the rules at Buffalo Wild Wings. Lame!!!
I understand COVID is hard in everyone. But this BWW cannot get their act together. To-go food is always cold (7 times in a row). Why do I keep going? My wife wanted it.
The food was very good and the service - both the hostess and the wait staff was excellent. So very pleasant. Highly recommend.

I called in a to go order. When I got there it was completely wrong. The manager came out and asked me exactly what I wanted and I told him. Never once apologizing. 20 minutes later, someone else brought me out the order which was completely wrong again. All I ask for was dry, flat wings. The second time, it had some kind of sauce I could smell it through the bag. So then they did it the third time, again manager never apologizing and it was finally correct. I waited over an hour for one order of wings. Not to mention the 20 minutes I waited after calling in
Tried to order online at 7:30 PM (they were open until midnight). Said it couldn’t be picked up until the next day. Called to confirm I could order they said yes, so I said I’d call back in a few minutes once I had my order together. Rang through to voicemail 3 times after sitting on hold for two minutes each time when I called back. Ended up going elsewhere.When I ordered last week it took over 10 minutes for someone to come up front and help me. Food is great but it’s impossible to get food.
I would like their menu item spinach artichoke dip I had years ago to come back! Not sure why it was removed. It was a good menu option for vegetarians to visit that place.

After nearly 36 hours of work from dishwasher to busser to line cook, Kimmy is still killing it at Buffalo Wild Wings just hours before closing she's kind enough to entertain my irrational mixed drink order with a smile. It's not my fault she's a UCLA fan. Just glad she's inArizona, it's LA's loss and Buffalo Wild Wings gain! PAY HER MORE MONEY, she's making yiu bank even in the wee hours of a Wednesday!
