This Buffalo Wings is a black eye to all other franchises. The service is terrible food orders are incorrect. The service is slow, even after talking with the manager no offer to try and deduct anything from bill. Waitress was more worried about table with four young guys who were seated after us and served before us. I’ve been to Buffalo Wings all over the US and Canada and this place is a disgrace. I’ll never be back and for worn anyone who thinks they want to eat here
So I got points given that were barely enough for one meal ? When my entire corporate staff had poor service?I wouldn’t bother to go back for that petty compensationComplaint :We noticed the staff was mainly just socializing and on there personal phones.Overall the food was ok, a little over fried which caused them to be hard.The main disappointment was the customer service

Obviously I love the wings and the selection / variety. But their 5 piece chicken finger plate is to die for. Humm hum good
Recently ordered takeout. The food was absolutely incredible. The server at the front door was polite and helped me get my order ready.
They got my order wrong twice as I sat and waited. The manager was unfriendly, never once apologized and just did not care and it showed. As I sat around waiting for the correct order, other customers stated the same thing. My family and I are done with this restaurant
It was the best meal we ever had. Service was kind and fast !! Server made sure us and kids were happy with food we were getting , very helpful and accommodating, she was the best, we will be back, food was delicious, wings, pickles, fries, drinks just amazing , this place is the place to go for wings ,
My sister family and mine met and ate here last Monday 3/28. Both family have been sick with food poisoning since. My nephew had to go to the er from dehydration. My wife and I have missed several days of work. I will never eat at another Buffalo Wild Wings again!
The worst service I have ever ..ever gotten ..I had to get up and ask 3 different servers for help . I can't believe it, I have always had a great experience their. Well I guess I won't be going back to that bww EVER! I said something to management and they said it was because she was busy , she had three tables!!!
